We were lucky enough to have this restaurant/ bar on the corner of the street of our hotel. We had a lovely dinner on the evening we arrived and breakfast there the following morning. The quality and quantity of food was lovely and the service helpful. We would definitely recommend thIs!

After arriving in Paris from the US, we explored the city on a September Sunday afternoon. In early evening, we looked for a café and found this one. We were exhausted, but the friendly staff seated us outside promptly and helped us understand the menu. The food was delicious and the experience memorable.

I have had regular lunches, dinners and coffees in this place. We just had lunch there to day. Location - Very convenient, in a corner at the intersection between rue de Sevres and rue Vaneau. 5 minutes walking to the Bon Marché. Food - Enormous salads, quiche lorraine, liver, etc. My mother loves heir liver; the other dishes I eat... More

Opposite the more expensive restaurant, cheap food, friendly service, good sized portions and tasty food. Really recommend. A nice evening outside :)

As a qualified Parisian, I can assure you that the service at this place is way above average standards. I am still surprised by how graceful and respectful of the customer they are. Let's start with the beginning: the food was above a typical brasserie average, my salad was huge and really really good. My friend got a burger that... More

Well, the onion soup was good but the quatre fromage "pizza" was plain disgusting. Just way too much cheese on it. A glass of wine: 12.80 EUR. Paris is very expensive and this place is certainly not an exception. There is also a general hype about French food which can't be confirmed in many restaurants. I have eaten in lots... More

This is a typical Parisian cafe/brasserie.... Standard food: okay but not special. Slow service... Gets crowded for lunch.

The service was great! We came during happy hour for drinks and dinner and our waiter was outstanding. He recommended some great plates for us, and was very friendly. Everything tastes delicious, even the olives they serve before the meal to snack on, my boyfriend hates olives but the seasoning they put on them made him love them!

This restaurant is open for daily lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch (28 euros per person). The food is consistently good and most of it comes in grand portions. Menus of the day usually consist of a quiche and pasta dish (a huge plate of it). Otherwise found are croques (on pain poilane), omelettes, salads, beef, fish and great looking desserts... More

We came here for dinner with the teenagers, and it's perfect for them. However, the place really comes into its own for a late afternoon / early evening drink and people watching. My husband and I were staying near by and popped in here before dinner a few times for a beer. After one visit the barman remembered us and... More

Staying in Saint-Germain-des-Pres

Neighbourhood Profile
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
