I went into Les Sardignac for an after-dinner glass of wine. The decor is stunning, the macon villages I drank was delicious and beautifully kept and the barman who served me was courteous and professional.

We stopped for lunch; I had a grilled ham, eggplant and cheese sandwich; husband had a chorizo on baguette sandwich; both came with a small mixed salad and we each had a glass of wine. The waiter was friendly and spoke English. The whole place...More

Great food! Great wine selection and above all, super-friendly staff and charming, hands-on owner. A wonderful find in this hit-and-miss city of Paris. Came back...twice!

We found this quaint little place past 11pm. The owner was lovely. Gave us a selection of delicious French food, and was very helpful in matching the wine.

The food prices are not bad at all. The wine is on the more $$$ side of the house, but still delicious and absolutely worth it. The service was outstanding and slightly friendlier that other Parisian locales. One of the best meals we had in...More

We stumbled upon Les Sardignac on route to the theatre. I sat down and noted there were organic wines in the menu. Then in my own tragic way I tried to read the French menu. Straight away it was clear this was a unique restaurant....More

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle
époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades,
and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here,
modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros
predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in

Facing the Folies Bergère theatre, LES SARDIGNAC possesses a wonderful ceiling with 19th century paintings. Lunch, dinner, typical snacks with a choice of italian and french cheeses and charcuteries. Try the caviar shoot with french caviar from Prunier Manufacture, with a glass of Chardonnay or Champagne. Home cooking based on a selection of fresh products, inspiration "slow food". The wine cellar contains more than 80 references from all the great french wine areas. LES SARDIGNAC offers also a choice of "wine by the glass".
