This is not Tex Mex. Paris tries to do it but not close on the chicken enchilada. Disappointing. The chicken was plentiful but bland. And there was no spice / heat to the dish.

The food was plenty, but the presentation not very good. Meat over...over cooked and dry. Rice was left to stay hot in the oven was hard and dried, uneatable.
