Just awesome! Traditional crepes of the Normandy region, both savory and sweet. Dry cider also just wonderful! We had a variety of crepes. Warning: it will be tough to choose and it will make you want to come back! Tip: Go with a friend and...More

The owner's son was so welcoming when we returned and served us complementary brandies. This place is so atmospheric and a lot of fun. Absolutely wonderful crepe preparation and generous servings.

The staff was wonderful at this restaurant. They seated our party of 8 with no problem and no reservation. They were attentive and did their very best for us, even though we don’t speak French. Best of all, when we ordered a classic French filling...More

This seems to be a very popular place! It is almost always full. The crepes are pretty good... but quite fatty! The ambiance isn't the best as the place is really loud with tables packed so close together and everyone talking. NOTE: no debit/credit cards...More

I enjoyed eating crepes at La Creperie de Josselin. The staff were friendly and the food was served promptly, hot with large portions. The price was reasonable, and the crepes were delicious. I had a sweet crepe containing ice cream as dessert, which was very...More

Amazing Crêperie! Right what I needed to end my trip in France on a good note. It's a full-on old school Breton style. Traditional Breton crêpes, tradiotional Breton décor and traditional Breton plates, everything. It was the only crêperie (and there was a lot around)...More

I believe it is correct. Most small Paris restaurants are closed the 2 first weeks of August for the congés annuels... you ll also find many smaller shops closed. Enjoy your trip though.
Dear Josselin, My name is Johanna, I am 20 years old and this July I will be visiting Paris for the first time. I love food and the thing I look forward to the most is trying typical French dishes. However, there are some things I avoid eating as it makes me feel bad and I am therefor a bit worried. I would love to have both a savoury galette and a dessert galette, but I am very sugar sensitive (hence me writing "galette" for dessert too, as a crepe from what I understand contains sugar). Many dessert crepes are served with ice cream, chocolate or similar and I can not eat any of that :( What I would love to though, is a crepe with berries and nuts, perhaps a nut butter like peanut butter (though I am not sure that is common in France and it is not necessary) and maybe some plain yogurt (preferably made of sheep or goat as I avoid cow, but that is not necessary either). Perhaps summer berries, toasted almonds, goat yogurt and cardamom? Or something completely different - whatever you can do! Please, help me! Is there any chance you can help med with this? It would mean so incredibly much! I could also do some fruit (do as I am sugar sensitive I have to take it easy with fruit), like apple, toasted walnuts and cinnamon. I am up for anything as long as I can eat it. If you do not wish to help me, do you know a fellow Creperie that could? Thanks in advance and have a lovely day! Best wishes, Johanna (Stockholm) P.S. Is there anywhere I can view your menu in English?

Dear Johanna, Your dietary restrictions offer a challenge to French cuisine. This Creperie is inventive, but they do use real milk and to my recollection, had no notations on the menu about "lactose free" crepes. I could... More
