From the moment you enter the restaurant, you feel the charme. If you reserve, see you are in the nice part on the back, it is very romantic for dining.

La Fermette Marbeuf is a very good restaurant in an amazing location. The main room provides a spectacular ambient, check out the pictures on their webpage. Our group had a good selection of starters, mains and deserts and everything was really good. The steaks were awesome. The wine menu offers some nice options and the service was looking after us... PRO'S: The food & service are excellent. I wish we had been better prepared for this dinner. The 52€ prix fixe dinner was a fine dining experience but our group was expecting smaller portions typical in Paris. Our leisurely three hour meal was graciously served by Dauphine. We ordered a bottle of Rose', Sancerre & Cotes de Rhone which were... More

A 3 course prix fixe lunch menu for around 30 euros or dinner for around 50. You won't find a more jaw dropping art nouveau venue in Paris, let alone one you can dine in - and so affordably. If I had time for only one indoor meal in Paris, it would be here.

We dined at La Fermette Marbeuf for the first time 2 weeks ago. When we arrived for our 7pm reservation, we were concerned as we were alone in the restaurant. By 8pm, the entire restaurant was full. My husband and I enjoyed the tasting menu. Each course was wonderful, from the Blue crab bisque, to the sea bass. But the... More

We have eaten at this beautiful restaurant every time we have visited Paris and it never disappoints. Wonderful food served by attentive and charming staff - in the most exquisite of surroundings! The degustation menu is worth sampling and the soufflés are divine. Here's to the next visit!!

This is a beautiful dining room in magnificent art deco style. A real pleasure to dine in. Unfortunately food did not match in terms of quality or flavour (seriously lacking for french cuisine). We had the top degustation and each course appealed on reading but lacking on delivery. The best by far was their signature Grand Marnier Souffle ( very... More

A fabulously decorated interior, in soft greens, you have the sensation you are sitting out in the gazebo, while the waiters fuss and set the table around you. A three course menu, is very reasonably priced, and do yourselves a favour and order the Grand Manier soufflé it will be the best soufflé you have ever tried! We arrived at... More

The pictures don't do this place justice. The setting is spectacular and very romantic and the maitre'd was attentive and friendly. We had a sumptuous lunch and highly recommend this beautiful restaurant

Description
La Fermette Marbeuf 1900 restaurant in Paris just a few steps from the Avenue George V and the Champs-Elysees is also the shortest route into Belle Epoque Paris of a century ago. This jewel of a restaurant, dating from 1898, was rediscovered in the course of renovation thirty years ago and it must have been like opening King Tut's tomb. There are wonderful things here: Art Nouveau mosaic and stained glass sunflowers, peacocks, dragonflies, beautiful women, cast iron pillars, and a soaring glass ceiling. Chef Gilbert Isaac mainly sticks to French classic dishes, like chicken liver pate with onion marmalade, whole grilled seabass flamed in anise, and rhum babas. This is a hotspot for celebrity France to see and be seen.
