A lovely restaurant in the art deco style - not cheap but very comfortable. We much enjoyed our dinner. Friendly staff

If you visit Paris for the first time, the place is charming with a Art Deco atmosphere and a traditional French service of good quality. The card offers traditional brasserie dishes and seafood. The prices are exaggerated: paid 60 Euros for 6 oysters and an entrecôte with fries... the main issue is that for the price I would have expected... More

This restaurant near St. Germain-des-Pres is a nice, a bit formal resto with very good, typical French food. The decoration is gorgeous, art deco. We had the escargot to start with, followed by our main dishes: lamb for my husband and duck for me and everything was very good. Our cheese plate selection was excellent as well. The wine list... Lovely Art Nouveau interior, split level dining area and low ceiling all give this restaurant an intimate feel. Service was unobstrusive and my steak was cooked correctly.

We dropped in for a late lunch (2pm) before heading off to the airport. A delightful Art Nouveau restaurant, atmospheric and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly and happily allowed us to take as long as we pleased. Oysters fresh, steak faultless, chicken succulent and the Grand Marnier soufflé a complete delight. One of those desserts that you never... More

We were in Paris for one night and wanted to enjoy the luxury of a great quality meal in a premium restaurant so opted for Le Petit Zinc. Other restaurants close by had better ratings but this had vegetarian options which are hard to come by. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It wasn’t busy, perhaps half full? Maybe this should... Art-deco restaurant still equipped with a Zinc bar (of course!) you'll find their food, staff and facilities all very excellent. Best known for its seafood (always fresh), great place for large family dinners (reserve your table for 6-8 in advance) or to impress the out of town business client. Always a great place to eat

We visited Petit Zinc on Christmas Eve so it was very busy. The service was a little slow but it did appear that they may have been short staffed. The food was nice although our friend did not like his risotto. There was an excellent selection of seafood and the platters looked delicious

The prawns we ordered for the starter were smaller than expected and were cooked and then served on ice- contrary to how the waiter described it. The onion soup was a little too salty. We took the cheapest wine in their menu (around €27 I think) and it's not really good, at least for us. The main courses were just... More

I love this little place, we always come here after sightseeing for a relaxing break from the crowds. Service is great, and it's the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine.

Description
This St-Germain des Pres landmark continues to thrive as it has done since the turn of the last century. The classic Art Nouveau brasserie style is still elegant, with ivy arches, swooping iron banisters to the mezzanine, ironwork facade, and beautifully lit glass ceiling fanlights. You'll feel as if you're having a real Parisian experience and you are, you are. The menu is classic French. Try starter of wonderful fruits de mer, main course of calves liver meuniere with caramelised salsify and broccoli, and pudding of fantastic 'Saint Germain' ice cream sundae.
