We get in from the airport, drop bags and head to Le Souffle for lunch on day one of our time in Paris. It sets a wonderful tone for the whole vacation. The souffles are truly the best we have had anywhere in the world. They are sublime. The wine list is also wonderful and reasonably priced. The savory and... More

Four of us went for dessert on my suggestion and we all enjoyed their soufflés. The lemon and grand marnier were our favourites! Tea, wine also good. Central location but on a quieter street makes it a good break from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

We ate at Le Souffle last night and had the best souffle we'd ever tasted. The savory souffle were delicious, especially my mushroom souffle. Then for dessert we had the chocolate souffle and an apple and cavaldos souffle, both were wonderful. The chocolate souffle and sauce were amazing!

Had a great dinner. The best of our tip. Wonderful French experience. A three course soufflé dinner - it was to die for!!! A small intimate location filled with locals and the American trip advisor family. It was wonderful. Very well priced. Had the the three course meal - only $37 E. A wonderful meal great service and fantastic experience.

E37 gets three in a row--starter: small souffle and filo pastry of pear and blue cheese, main: a hugh souffle of beef bourginne. Ending: a devastating chocolate souffle complete with pitcher of chocolate sauce leading this chocoholic to cry uncle! Fortunately it's a short constitutional walk to the Louvre.

I had the all souffle lunch menu at 36 euros: cheese souffle (very good) for entree along with a small salade verte, then a brochet & ecrevisses souffle for main course (extremely good), and finally a souffle grand Marnier for dessert which divine!

Small, great location, few tourists...and incredible suoffle! You can go crazy and order a soufflé as a main dish & a soufflé for dessert...they have other options for main courses...

This seemed like an interesting idea -- the three course souffle meal and when an acquaintance suggested it we thought it would be fun. And we did have a good time with our friend and an enjoyable evening. It is not a place I would ever return to though. We have prepared souffles and had them here and there before.... More

I come here every time I go to Paris. The first time was on my 50th birthday trip. This time I was in Paris for my 60th birthday, and by chance we got the same table. The service has always been impeccable, but I have noticed that the waiters get friendlier every time I go. They seemed a little snooty... More
