The place looks kind of modest and is really easy to walk by without noticing. The simple but stylish interior proved to be very cozy and underlined the main treat: the food. The mushrooms and prawns ravioli was an excellent starter and it only got better with the tuna as the main. Selection of sorbets was just perfectly brisk ending.... More

Our local friends suggested this restaurant that they had not been to in some time. It is the "baby bistro" of Guy Savoy, one of the stalwart chefs of Paris. A very picturesque location, across the street from the Seine, on a quai. A rather modern environment with big windows to enjoy the outside. I think the cuisine got top... More

Excellent gaspaco for entree and very good fish main cours both the tuna and the sea bass were quite well cooked with interesting sauces. Service was excellent and atmosphere very pleasant. Restaurant was less than half full for lunch so it was very quite. Very small pour of house Chardonnay was just so so and I thought a little pricey... More

We took my MIL for an impromptu day-trip to Paris and ended a beautiful day with a dinner at this beautiful restaurant. We had the full menu and every dish was such a treat. Staff is very friendly even though I was being difficult that day. Still they were lovely and accommodating. Wine list was very good and on top... More

A very good Restaurant with really excellent food but like most Restaurants in Paris that we experienced grossly expensive. An excellent menu. Obviously very popular as we arrived with no booking but they fitted us in

We enjoyed our dinner, the perfect service and a quite and pleasant ambiance. The fish of the day was delicious and so was the leg of rabbit. The brioche dessert was quite surprising.

100m from Pont Neuf, a modern, stylish space with glass walls on two corners giving a spacious, airy feel. Good space between tables and young, friendly service. We chose from the set menu, offering two courses at 29€ and three courses at 36€. Food was uniformly accomplished but somewhat understated, in one case we sprinkled our own sea salt on... More

We came here with very high expectations. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The service is very friendly and efficient. Some dishes were excellent. A few were good but not stellar. It is charming and solid, but fell a bit short of my top rating.

My wife and I had a great experience. Excellent food, good wine, good service. I'm not sure where the negative experiences came from.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
