If you're in Paris and are looking for a traditional japanese place that makes suoerb tasty ramen, Sapporo is where to go. The restaurant is pretty small and traditional, the menu has a good combination of ramen and other japanese food. Nice cozy environment to have a quick, easy going meal.

Ramen taken seriously. Sit at the bar to enjoy the action in the kitchen. I had the prawn and vegetable ramen: delicious and generous portion. Staff is nice. Don't miss it if you love ramen.

Service was fast, food was good and the "chahan" (fried rice) is out of this world. On the star dish ramen itself - it is pretty authentic and the broth tasted excellent. There are limited seatings available, but the turn around rate is relatively fast. Highly recommended.

They have 2 restaurants now - both great. A firm and stable favourite. Eat at the bar for a true experience watching the chefs.

Then this is the place ! I tried the katsu-don and the fried noodles here, both were really nice and didn't disappoint me. Prices are affordable (Around 10-15€) but don't expect real local cooks there. The place is also really crowded, especially at night so you have sometimes to wait outside for like 30 minutes before having a table.

It's a Ramen place. 10 types, from which i took the Wantan Ramen. Delicious, filled with the usual stuff plus porc filled Raviolis. Tasty as hell. 10 € for tge soup, 6 for tge Asahi (no Sapporos..). Simple but effective.
