This place is really tiny and gets crowded fairly quickly, so I recommend making a reservation. We were lucky by randomly stumbling upon this restaurant as they were about to open (around 6 PM) and they managed to find us a table. The food is...delicious, better than in some of the more expensive restaurants in the area. I had a duck in honey sauce, which I highly recommend, and onion soup, which was probably the best I ever had. I had a taste of their other soup too (it was chestnut soup if I remember correctly), which I liked even more! Probably the best food we had during our Paris trip. Prices are fair, lower than what you'd usually pay in Paris, especially in tourist area like Montmartre.More

Very tasty French specific plates. Steaks fine cooked and good cheese sauce. A very small place that creates a cozy atmosphere.

Reserve a table at this tiny and unique restaurant. It’s worth it. Really tasty French food for a reasonable price. They are popular for a reason. Good atmosphere and a smart and original yet traditional Parisian menu that is made with love.

Excellent value for money bistro. Simple food ell done. Entrees have a better "light" than the more common main dishes. I strongly recommend the egg with foie gras and cheese with egg plant. As for the main dishes the duck breast with honey sauce is...an easy safe choice, the fish was good and the breaded veal looks good too. Cheese and one desert, plus one glass white wine and then a bottle of red, all summed up to EUR 101 for to people, which is very good for dinning out in Paris, even more when you think that a coffee and croissant can cost you about EUR 15. The atmosphere of the small resto is cozy, and extremely small, so it can be claustrophobic for some people and keeping mind you will be seating very near to other guests. Most of the clientele look Parisians. The young lady doing the service was friendly, nice and not intrusive.More

Small bistro, with excellent authentic food. Wonderful service and reasonably priced. I booked after reading other reviews. I’m so glad I did! First meal of our stay and it was everything I hoped.

We were exploring the Montmartre neighborhood in the late afternoon, so we decided to stay in the area for dinner too. I had this spot bookmarked (can’t remember why), so we stopped in (without reservations) on a 6 pm on a Monday when it opened....They were still setting up, but two more tables were seated right after us. We shared the baked egg with duck foie gras and it was amazing. It’s rich but not overly so. It’s the perfect appetizer to share but I could have also eat one by myself. And at €8, what a steal! For my entree, I had The menu is small, which is nice because that means they try to perfect a few dishes. For my entree, I had the breaded veal, which is served with a side salad and mashed potatoes. It really matters which direction you slice the veal because one way makes its super chewy. Luckily, I figured out the right direction and it was good - especially with the gravy it came with. The mashed potatoes were nice and buttery. Hubby had the tartiflette topped with smoked duck breast, which also came with a side salad. The tartiflette is kind of heavy for one person but the smoked duck breast was really good. The duck confit shepherd’s pie sounded great too but I had already eaten quite a few duck confits on the trip, so I wanted to try something different. For dessert, we shared the creme brûlée, which was excellent. Not too sweet and the perfect end to a great meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the Montmartre neighborhood.More

We had a fabulous family meal here with my family (2 parents & 2 girls 8 yo & 6yo). We experienced really friendly service and a lovely super cozy atmosphere. We started with the foi gras appetizer which was different with the runny egg but...full of flavor and so French! My husband and I had the duck, my youngest had the lamb & my oldest had the whole fish (sea bream). Everything was prepared well and we had a truly delicious dinner (the type we imagined we’d have in Paris) with good wine. Finally, a great restaurant in a touristy area! Thank you!More

Nice place, good starters. I had veal for main, not the best and half of my wife's prawns had the waste track left in them. Got an apology re. Prawns but no compensation and tried to charge us for an extra main. Need to improve...as little mistakes not good, onion soup and goats cheese starter spot on.More

It might be a small restaurant with a small menu but that obviously means that they can perfect them. A good selection of traditional, fresh, tasty dishes with very reasonable bottles of wine available to accompany. We didn’t book and were lucky enough to get...a table, all other tables were booked so it might be advisable.More

I don't think they have an online reservation system. But you could give them a call to the restaurant number listed on their facebook page (+33 1 53282620). Enjoy the place ;)
