Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I admit that when i entered the place, the smell wasn't so welcoming (i hope it was caused by one dish ordered by a client in that moment), pretty weird for an asian restaurant. Luckily, all the dishes we ordered were definitely good, most notably...the caramelized pork (12 euros), but also the others were really tasty, some sort of dumpling with shrimps and pork (7.5 euros), the chicken pad Thai (13.5 euros) and also the chicken rice (10.5 euros) even if it was the less interesting one. The peculiar dessert was also interesting (7 euros) , a sort of ice cream and sorbet to drink. The owner was really welcoming and so on the end we forgot about the bad smell we felt at the beginning.More

Bad experience. We didn’t finish our plates. The fish was not fresh - it didn’t smell good and taste was terrible. The waitress confirmed she already got that comment by several clients.

very disappointed night out in this restaurant with friends. We ordered red curry beef, green curry chicken (it smells so bad we barely touched it), papaya salade and mango salad (they were both so acide we couldn’t finish either). The two pineapple fried rice we...ordered were just humiliating...there’s no pineapple whatsoever. Finally, the sticky rice is very dry and hard...we couldn’t wait to finish the bad meal and go get a dessert elsewhere... btw, we were four adultes and it costs us 120 euros...we are very much disappointed. Never again.;(((((More

The menue is tricky ( for me it was any way) They give you a price of a main dish so you choose it and than they ask you what do you want for side dish ,you choose but it cost you as well, and the...tea cost you a price of a tea in champs élysées ,but the most important is that the food is not bad but it's doesn't justify the price you pay for.More

We have visited Thai Royal after comparing different nearby menus. The food is great, they have San Pellegrino, restaurant is very clean and prices are ok. Also they offered to change the food as we asked non-spicy and they brought a little spicy, without us...even asking for it. Although the attendee lady doesn't know English, she can communicate without problems. Free WiFi.. Recommended.More

I travel a lot and eat at soo any different Thai restaurants across the world, this restaurant is yet the best one I have eaten. Thai cuisine mixed with Lao dishes ending with some of the chef's dessert specialties. Must try the carved coco icing...with mango purée with chopped up slices of mango and kiwi!! Bon appetit!!More

Went there in late May 2014 with a friend who's a vegetarian. You can always judge what the restaurant is like, both food- and service-wise, by the way they treat "special needs". And we were not disappointed. Everything was done to please us both. Friendly,...smiling and efficient service, wonderfully tasty food for us both, and excellent rose wine from their own supplyer in the South of France. Will remember forever the extremely tasty appetizers and the wonderfully fresh desserts. It was the first day of summer in Paris, and we were able to sit outside, which futher enhanced the enjoyment of our meal. A great touch of Thailand in Paris and great value for money. Highly recommendable.More

Good food, decently priced. Service was great. The only complaint would be that there was no air conditioning. July wasn't a cool time in Paris but wasn't as hot as the states. It didn't help that we were eating spicy food.

We found after careful search this good restaurant and sure we were not disappointed! Great food and atmosphere the pictures shared by some people do it great justice. We returned the day after, an spent another enjoyable visit. The food is typical and displayed in...the great Thai tradition, we had similar dishes in the heart of Thailand, so it is great to be able to sample the same type of food in Paris, it is really worth a visit, those that do not appreciate perhaps have not had much experience of the cuisine SabrinaMore

Small and colourful with mirrorwork wall decorations give it a warm and royal look. While the lemongrass shrimp soup was full of flavor the coconut soup was disappointingly bland and the chicken too chewy! The caramalized porc (can be shared by 2) with onions, garlic...and fresh coriandre with white rice proved to be an excellent choice but the Pad Thai was average. As it was a Sunday there was no fixed menuMore
