I found this place on Tripadvisor and it happened to be just around the corner from where we were staying. We popped in and were greeted by the "one man show." He does everything himself- chef, waiter, and all of the clean up. He also speaks fluent French and English. We had the lovely opportunity to sit next to his... More

We were aspired by other Tripadvisor Reviews to pay a visit to this 'local' restaurant. And it was indeed a wonderful experience. We paid less then 50 Euro for 2 and we had a great 3 course menu and a whole bottle of wine (with own label by Greenhouse) Good service, decent food, The place to be

The proprietor is warm, kind and very gracious. He's been in Paris since 1980 and has operated The Green House by himself for 21 years. If you are a tourist or a local and would like a welcoming, non-intimidating and casual atmosphere and authentic yet quiet Irish dinner music, this establishment is a lovely place to seek out. I was participating in the Paris half marathon in March 2012. I made a weekend of it with my wife and we stayed at a nearby hotel. We are frequent visitors to Paris, but have never stayed in the 11th Arr, so were unfamiliar with the local restaurants. So I opened my trusty restaurant guide app on my iphone to... More

My wife and I had dinner here on our first night in Paris. We are from England, so it was a very home like and welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious and especially the pumpkin soup! It was the perfect wasy to warm up after being out in the cold all day exploring Paris! As others have said, the owner... More

Great job of the owner who is alone in charge of the place. He takes orders, he is the cheff and he serves the food. Food is tasteful and served in generous portions. There's a dinner deal for 16 € that includes a three course meal.

Our last night in Paris (and last night on our 3 month European tour) was supposed to be spent at a nice Paris Bistro but we ended up at the Greenhouse. In hindsight, I am so happy we did. The food was great, the price perfect and the owner/waiter/chef/barman Arthur is the consummate
