This Hard Rock was a good experience, however it did feel like a long walk from the main 'tourist' part of Paris. It was your typical Hard Rock, loud music, drinks flowing and good food which you can rely on. I love the atmosphere in hard rocks, the only thing that let down this one was that they had a... More

Really only came to buy a pin from the gift shop as a gift, but ended up eating as well. Typical Ceaser salad and Fajitas, very American. Drinks were weak for the price, and of course they could turn down the "pumping music" during lunch so you can talk to your table mates.

Thank Tracey C
Management response:

Dear Tracey, Happy new year Thank you for your comment as typical hard rock cafe. We will check regarding the drink. May I know what you ordered ? My best W More

Me & my boyfriend visited to buy Hard Rock Cafe merchandise - as we do in every country we visit. We didn't eat this time - but in general I would recommend the chicken fajitas based on my previous HRC visits. In Paris we stayed for cocktails which were soooo nice. They were huge sizes and we got to keep... More

The reception was terrible. The woman who "welkomed" us was very impolite and even angry that we had booked with an electronic voucher. She put us on the side and shouted she wanted a printed voucher... She really yelled, murmured, etc.... We do a lot of restaurants and never we were welcomed that rude way. Lukily the manager came and... More

We had been on the bus tour around the city and needed to get off the bus! We saw the Hard Rock and thought - why not! It was nice to get out of the noise, traffic and constant commotion of the city. Our waiter was kind and had perfect English. There was nothing of Paris or France in the... More

Salads are nice but the main dishes are obviously average American style food. The music there saves the day.

Nipped into the Hard Rock during our trip to Paris for some reliably tasty food. We had the fajitas (which were massive) and left feeling very full. A lovely time as usual.

My mother and I went here mainly to get a t-shirt souvenir and had lunch while on site. The food was very good. You get free refills on drinks! While we are used to that in the USA, France does not partake in this service and if you like soda, it is not cheap. We really appreciated the free refills... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
