This restaurant is slightly off the beaten track being tucked away down a small alleyway, and we probably wouldn’t have noticed it if it wasn’t for the fact that it had been recommended to us by our hotel. They had menus available in English and...More

We'd been visiting the Cite and stopped here for a snack lunch which was well prepared and served by a friendly 'hipster'. We do however express a great shock that 2 Orange juices cost us 10€, which seems rather excessive. You could certainly buy a...More

We chose the menu du jour and it was great value, well above the quick-eats food in the busier part of la cite. Also our first taste of blanquette de Limoux. So good, we went back another night.

Though Le Cite is very commercial..locals appear to be the main people eating at this restaurant..wonderful local fare..not expensive..good wines by the glass. As a solo traveller they were very accomodating and helpful
