Tiny place, good music, small choice of dishes and finally not the omnipresent tapas - we loved it. Perfect for a change from moules, anchois and oily grilled fish. Highly recommended. ❤️

Much less touristic that most others in Collioure - which alone is already a big relief after some days here 😉❤️

We ate here both for lunch (outside) and for dinner (inside - all the tables outside were taken or reserved). Food lovingly prepared and excellent wine served by a dedicated - and busy - couple.

Our hotel had recommended this place so my wife and daughter were delighted when we arrived and seated ourselves at an unreserved table on their little terrace. The manager then emerged and berated us for having the nerve to seat ourselves in this manner. Apparently we should have presented ourselves inside first!. We were aghast, while other customers smirked, as... More

We arrived for dinner on the little terrace and sat at an unreserved table. When a waiter finally appeared, we asked for a menu and he shouted at us and made us feel extremely unwelcome, insisting that we went inside to say Good Evening to him before he deigned to give us a menu. The whole restaurant then started laughing... More

If you are told they won't take reservation and later don't get a table cause they are reserved you feel a little bit fooled....

A friendly, though tight, little terrace. Specialist in tapas, many of them based on anchovies which is the specialty of Coullioure. My husband says they were good, I personally am not very fond of anchovies.

I don't want to sound like a snob and I don't normally write bad reviews, but me and my boyfriend love food and enjoy eating out, and this restaurant experience was so horrible that if I save someone from not experiencing the same, I will probably save his day. The restaurants looks really charmy and pretty and also the menu... More

Just off the beaten track, this restaurant is a hidden gem in the town of collioure. It's well priced, fresh to order and as a chef, have to say very impressive quality of food as its only one chap in the kitchen. The manager was lovely as was the waiter. Check it out if in the area.

I have eaten at La Cuisine Comptoir over the years. I find it difficult to go anywhere else given the range, the fact that tapas style allows for sharing (or not). The menu has been refreshed since our last visit, so some wonderful surprises plus regulars.
