A lovely little bistro. Friendly staff and excellent savoury galletes and sweet crepes - perfectly cooked and plenty of filling. The Kir and the Normandy Cider also good. Quite a small restaurant so booking a good idea if you need to eat at a certain time. Would happily return.

This must be the finest bistro in Cherbourg, serving fabulous galettes and crepes in a friendly and intimate restaurant near the city centre. The place is very busy over the weekend as we first discovered on Friday when we couldn't get a table for an evening meal - we immediately booked a table for Saturday evening and didn't regret this... The staff were lovely, they coped very well with my basic French and could also speak English. The place itself was clean, characterful and there was a good selection of fillings for galettes and toppings for crepes. The local cider was also lovely.

This was our first experience of having Galettes as a main meal, rather than as a snack. We both had the special- a galette covered in Toulouse sausage mushrooms and bacon. Very nice and full of flavour, together with a bottle of cider, a lovely evening meal. Service was very good, and the staff all spoke excellent English. A must... More

If you like crepes this is a must! Very good value and also lunch and dinner deals - amazing value. They serve a local cider (very good) served in cups. We went for lunch & dinner (different days). It gets very busy, so think about booking a table.

Turned up without reservation at about 9pm on a Saturday night - the place was packed! Waitress told us to come back in 10 minutes and they'd fit us in which she duly did. Chose the set menus which included 3 courses of galettes or crepes plus a bottle of cider. Absolutely delicious!! Great service too

A small unassuming restaurant off the square near the fish market. If it had not been recommended we would have walked past! You need to reserve a table or you probably won't get in. Great crepes, lovely substantial salads and great ice creams too. Frequented by many locals not just tourists. A good sign!

We really liked this little creperie. The quality of the galletes was excellent and there was plenty of choice on the menu, with some more unusual fillings! We also tried a local cider, which was tasty. This place seems to get quite busy with locals and tourists alike so it may be worthwhile booking a table if you plan to... More

We really enjoyed our meal here as both the food and service were excellent. Both the gallettes and the crepes were delicious and very good value. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed and we would love to go back! Un grand merci!
