Highly Recommended

I have been here a number of times and all were awesome experiences , especially the Karaoke event every week. Highly recommend here if you are living in or visiting La Rochelle.

Avoid nasty bar tender/waitress

Nice food but the waitress is extremely rude and nasty a horrible individual who shouldn't be working with the public when she obviously doesn't like them.More

Breakfast with a view

We went for breakfast today. The full English. It was excellent, good value, and well presented. The only negative was no butter served with toast, so left that. The server was too busy for us to ask for some.More

Late night rejoicing

Early hours of celebration post exeter chiefs win. Good sociable pub even invited us to play ping pong with drinks, we didn’t really threaten the cups!

Breakfast

Had breakfast here twice, full English that is and was very good their americanos coffee was nice good fruit juice nice location plenty of room do for us

Great beer, great food

Lovely pub. On a rainy morning in November our dog was welcomed into the bar, so that we could watch the match. They were very kind. We ordered a veggie full fry up, it was sensational. Great beer, great food, great staff.

Lunch

Average tourist restaurant. Our lunch was ok, service a bit slow although it was busy. Nice view of the old port.

Busy Bar

My wife and I spent the evening of the Champions League final night at the Jolly Sailor to watch the football. They have several screens over three floors. Which made watching it easy. It’s a very busy place for food as well a drinking. By...the amount of burgers coming out of the kitchen, they must be a specialty. Although we didn’t try one. Beer was a little expensive compared to prices at home. But it is France and a tourist destination. Overall though, a decent bar.More

Great ambiance full of life

Fun
