Every course was a delight to look at and eat. Very unique courses all very delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the foie gras Mille feuille and the poached egg with asparagus and ham to start. Then the lamp chops were super! All the main entrees had wonderful vegetable side dishes. Make sure to save room for the crepe soufflé for dessert. I... More

A wondeful restaurant in the boutique hotel Julius Cesar for a special dinner or lunch. We had a superb dinner there. The whole meal was exquisite and I can recommend the artichoke rissotto which I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was faultless and ambiance of the restaurant is relaxed and refined. A treat for foodies.

Being in the most expensive hotel in Arles ( € 400 a night) what you expect is a good restaurant there.. They have a prize fix menu for € 100 terrible food . A big dessapointed meal..never comeback ..

Pretty bad. Tasteless appetiser. Main course slightly burned meat, sandy mushrooms. Also very expensive and mistakes on the bill.

Located very close to the Arena, a very nice atmosphere with a terrace. We had the chance to try the menu de degustation of the Feria du Riz and was excellent. My highlight was a pork trifecta with confite, chop and terrine with mint that is still melting in my palate.

A really excellent surprise at the high standard of food served for a hotel. Fresh local ingredients came through with every dish. Served on the terrace it enhanced the experience, although a shower of rain half way through the meal was short and a rare occurrence it did not spoil the overall experience. The dessert was a soufle which was... More

Food is prepared with evident care; our meal was appetizing from start to finish. Service was spotty, with a couple of the staff clearly undergoing on-the-job training, but all were pleasant and accommodating. Pricing is on the high side, but reasonable given the quality. The location is excellent and, weather permitting, the outdoor terrace is where you want to be.... More

This was one of the best meals we've ever had. Expensive, but no regrets. Classic Provencal preparations, wounderful desserts. Couldn't have been better.

We had a three course meal for two with pre-dinner drinks, a bottle of wine and coffees - total cost was Euro200. This is the restaurant in the Jules Cesar hotel. Food: beautifully presented haute cuisine. The local specialities - particularly the vegetables and the beef - are very good, and we had a fantastic flavoured fish stew. The desserts... More
