My husband and I visited this restaurant on the first evening we arrived in Avignon. We were so impressed by the food we just came back again, and again and again. Staff were friendly, the food quality and quantity was impressive. Pizzas, pasta and dare I mention it, veal were quickly devoured. A lovely ambiance and highly recommended.

Good service, friendly staff. Restaurant has lovely Art Deco decor. Varied menu offering more options than other places. Good value filling meals. Pizza is great cooked in traditional wood fireplace, so the crust is crispy underneath with toppings having subtle smoke flavour. I would recommend and would return

Rotten fish and poor treatment! That's what we got there. We walked in when coming back from sightseeing in the city as the menu had interesting options. However, most of the things we wanted were out! We decided for the grilled salmon, which took a long time to get to the table. When it did, it looked bad and tasted... More

I don't know if I made a mistake, but I read a review online that they have gluten free options. I went in and asked, in French, if they had any and they kind of glared at me and said no pretty rudely. I may have misinterpreted their behavior, I'm not sure. I was disappointed. I would suggest going somewhere... More

Lunch was included in our tour with Princess in Avignon, and we weren't sure what to expect when we ended up here to a table with a bottle of house red wine waiting to be poured, and French baguettes with butter. We were first served a vegetable quiche. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but after the first bite, I... More

The carrot soup was good, but the chicken was dry and small. I would not go out of the way to eat here. Our tour company arranged a group meal here and I really cannot imagine what they were thinking.

Our Cunard Queen Victoria cruise excursion included lunch at this restaurant. The food was so-so, but the service was very unfriendly and non-responsive. It could be because we are not "direct customers", so they don't care, as long they keep the guide happy. It is ashame!

Stopped here for lunch with a tour group. We had to wait while the tour operator and the host argued for 15 minutes about where we could all sit in a mostly empty restaurant. Food was average, and they only served tap water with the meal. I blame my stomach issues later on the water.
