Been there with a couple of friends just before the fireworks: couple of us had set menu, the rest "à la carte". Good value for money, good choices, reasonable quality and friendly service (not this common in the area!). A place we would like to go back to.

Lunch on Saturday with the family. The best salads and pasta served by friendly and cheerful staff. And that includes comparison with anything on la Croisette. Cool and calm dining in the heat of the day. Ok, the canopies have seen better days, but for excellent food served by great staff in a delightful ambience this was a real treat.... More

Simple, family run Italian-French restaurant on an iconic square favoured by boule players and clubs. Lots of character, varied menu, food generally good quality. Medium prices and nice service. Best book in summer. Popular with tourists and locals.

Maybe the team has changed because I found the food and the service excellent. The waitress helped me with my lousy French, suggested menu choices and was pleasant, polite and friendly. The escalope with salad was delicious and the chocolate mouse perfect. Watching the petanque added to the overall al fresco experience and I am delighted to recommend it.

This is a place you never would consider a retour. Service is unprofessional and you get the feeling you are quickly forgotten though restaurant is almost empty. Tried to make them do smaller portions for our kids offered to pay full price. Not possible !? Food is not an horror but far from OK. The set menu at 19.50€ looks... More

We visited this restaurant twice during our stay at Palm Beach. The first time there were only a few tables occupied and we enjoyed the food and the service was fine. This encouraged us back and we were sadly disappointed. Our choices the second time were certainly not value for money. A plate of battered calamari looked good, although at... More

I grew up in this neighborhood. This used to be a wonderful little restaurant with a shady terrace under a big tree on a little square, right by the pétanque players, a block from the beach, providing for s relaxing meal with some great people-watching, pétanque-observing. Unfortunately, the tree has died (the unsightly stump remains in the middle of the... More

As we were stralling near by the Place l'Etang we have mentioned that there are not too many eating offers around and with the price of the day menu (3 courses with drinks included) only 19 euro per person we agreed to try the lunch in this rather oversiyed bistro. We took the place at the open space - you... More
