Great local and high quality French food is served here and that's why it's full of locals chatting away in the local dialect! And not a word of English which really tells you all you need to know about this gem tucked around the back streets of Nice old town. You see I knew we had found the right place... More

Owner Armand Crespo is man of many talents and restaurants... Hard working people and they sure feed you very well.. A bit crowded at times but it is a must...

This tiny "hole in the wall" was fantastic. We went there for my girlfriend's birthday. The fantastic food got our jaws dropping. Strongly recommend it.

Twice a year we go with some friends to have a meal. This year Bistro St. Antoine was on our list just because we didn't manage to go in for already more than a year, so we decided to make the reservation a week in advance, finally we got in. And what a surprise, the starters from Boudin to Foie... More

I was recommanded to try this French restaurant - and to book a table in advance. So we went there with great expectations. It's a fine restaurant, and the food was absolutely very good. Only thing is that I am not very good in the French language and the waiter was not good in English. So we misunderstood each other... More

Most interesting food in Nice, I the entree of leeks, a square of perfectly cooked bacon half inch thick, shrimp perfectly cooked with head feelers and all. Tasted wonderful. Then scallops in a lemony cream sauce, light and flavorful. My husband had the muscle soup with Potato Gnocchi, and for dinner pork neck with veggies. We did enjoy our dinner,... More

We had very tasty fish carpaccio and smoke fish tartar. Both among the best I ever had, where the carpaccio was the winner. Professional personell that politly tryed to have me order something else than veal head. It was very intrestinga and different but not my taste. Anyhow a restaurant worth a strong positive recommendation.

Our both starters (fish carpaccio, smoked fish tartar) where excellent and among the best I ever had. Intresting main course (veal hed) which you may choose to like or not. The waiter warned us politlly in advance. professional, rather strict, service. No own opinions presented. Strongly recommended, but still a personal touch to the service could be added.

We were looking for a nice small bistro in the old town and happened on this. And what a find. Good straight forward service, fantastic food well presented. Having been and walked in on Sat evening we were lucky. I would recommend booking as many have said on here.
