Very good food, nicely cooked, served with the right wine, an address in Nice where you are sure of your choice.

Crowded and cramped, this bistrot does two settings. We did the first one and felt rushed throughout. This is not the place for a romantic or celebratory event. Hits were the mussel soup and roasted pigeon. Rabbit terrine was tasteless as was the sausage and lentils. The pear dessert was bland and left unfinished. We will not return.

As we were walking thru the old city we found this gem of a restaurant so we tried it for lunch and we are so glad we did. The food is typical French and it was excellent, as well as the service. If you are anywhere near the old city , do yourself a favor and try this restaurant

Be sure to make a booking, so many were turned away. It is a really nice bistrot with in the old town. Most guest were French the evening we had dinner at Antoine's. There is a busy and very nice atmosphere, and the food is simply great and good value for money. We will definitely come back.

Booking is almost required in this very popular old town restaurant. There is a high staff to diners ratio and the service is good humored but very professional. Most of the mains are offal based - black pudding, sausage, kidneys, liver, but they always have an excellent (really excellent) steak for those who do not wish to try the offal.... More

It was a treat to finally find a restaurant in the Vieille Ville that did not have a printed menu in French and English and photos of the dishes. The food was superb - sausage and lentils, duck with delicious potatoes and wonderful deserts. Service was efficient and the decoe eclectic. It was a bit chaotic and noisy in the... More

The ambience is very nice, calm and romantic . The decorations are quite original and the menu is interesting ( especially the starters). You must call in advance as is usually fully booked for dinner. The staff is very nice and they are fluent in English :) We fully enjoyed our dinner. If I should advice something then it will... Was having a bit of difficulty finding the restaurant in the old town without the tripadvisor map. We went in 10 mins before they opened and managed to reserve a seat. I didn't notice it but my wife mentioned they have a michelin star?!?! Anyway the caucasian guy and lady wasn't that happy on seeing us. The first reaction when... More

Great local and high quality French food is served here and that's why it's full of locals chatting away in the local dialect! And not a word of English which really tells you all you need to know about this gem tucked around the back streets of Nice old town. You see I knew we had found the right place... More
