We went to this restaurant as it was really close to where we were staying and were charned and delighted by the quality of the food. The outside dining was lovely but the food seemingly prepared and served by a husband and wife team was quite exceptional. It is well worth a visit. We eat at many high end restaurants... More

This restaurant was within walking distance of where we stayed. The atmosphere is lovely especially at lunch time - under the cool trees and canopy during the heat of the day. The food is excellent. They served the best risotto I've ever had - I'm not usually a fan of risotto and I opted to have it on 2 visits... More

Perfect surroundings for a relaxing, long lunch. We all chose the 36€ lunch menu which was excellent. Well prepared, presented and quality ingredients. Choice of good local wines. Well worth a visit.

We loved this little restaurant located halfway between Le Barroux and Caromb. It's the kind of place you always hope to discover when exploring a new area - the two young chefs turn out delicious dishes like salmon en croute, geziers salad and wonderful fois gras. Located in the heart of great wine country (Beaumes des Venise, Gigondas, Vacqueras, etc),... More

This restaurant has been around for a very long time. It has remained a steady good choice. The food is fresh, local and well prepared. I've had pretty much everything on their menu and never been disappointed. The offer very good wines by the glass too. The service is impeccable - always with a smile. The outdoor terrace is very... We arrived in Le Barroux completely exhausted and starving. The staff were excellent with the toddlers, even providing paper and pencils. The food was good quality local fair. There was seating inside and outside on the covered terrace. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We liked it so much we went back several times over the holiday.

La Four a Chaux is a beautiful little restaurant between Le Barroux and Caromb on a leafy riverbank setting. Our lunch was suberb and very reasonably priced - and as we left we had some gorgeous fresh figs directly from the fig tree. The waitress was delightful, and we couldn't recommend La Four A Chaux highly enough
