Bravo Bravo Bravo !!!!!!!!!!!!! I still can feel the delightement and excitement of this dinner experience days later. 😍 We had the set menu and it was outstanding, the amazing creativity of Chef Emmanuel Renaut did not compromised with the taste and flavour of any of the 9 dishes we had. It was a real journey trough the plate, well... More

There's probably little I can add to many of the reviews on here but to restate it again... Regardless of any past dining experience, prepare to be impressed. You'll be treated to the most subtly flavoured dishes, impeccably prepared and immaculately presented. The combination of ingredients is bold and exciting and they all combine to perfection. From pre-lunch drinks to... More

Chef Renault does a superb 3 Michelin star cuisine at very reasonable prices. The quality is superb, the cheese platter a paradise and the wine list excellent . Service is fantastic.

The restaurant is located in a woodsy modern ski lodge type building with beautiful artwork, open spaces, couches and a relaxed yet somewhat formal atmosphere. The service was top notch with multiple servers bringing various dishes and briefing the diner on what is being served and what wine is being paired. As for the food, it was delicious but what... This was my first 3-star Michelin experience and it did not disappoint. The dishes were not only exceptionally creative and exquisitely presented, but were quite tasty as well. My favorites included a caviar course, a vension wellington with foie gras, and an earthy, pungent, mushroom dish. And is it strange that I actually found this place to be a good... More

We went for lunch there, after having booked weeks in advance (the restaurant is always fully booked). The place is without arrogance, unlike many top restaurants, yet welcoming. Kristine, the wife of world-famous chef Emmanuel Renaut, is attending the service in a charming way. The menu offers innovative mountain-style dishes, magnificently prepared by a very talented team. Everything was perfect.... More

This place is worth visiting not only for the food, but also for the service and the specially cosy and welcoming environment. The menu changes very often with interesting mix of traditional and innovative cuisine. The Sommelier is just exceptional !! I strongly recommend to let you guide by her.

What springs to mind when I think back of my evening at Flocons de Sel is the warmness and genuine kindness of the chef's wife greeting us on arrival, continued by their staff throughout the courses and finished by a quick chat with the chef before he headed home. A copious scrumptious under 35 (age) menu served in the low... More

This is the second time we have dined here. The room is very modern and stylish but does lack some cosiness. Staff have changed since our last visit and it has to be said that there could have been a bit more warmth to our initial welcome. As the evening progressed, staff relaxed and we began to enjoy ourselves more.... More

It was my first experience at a 3-star Michelin restaurant, and I must say that I was very impressed. At this level, the food not only has to be excellent, but the service and ambience also have to be perfect. Flocons de sel did not disappoint at all. The look and feel of the place is a hybrid between modern,... More
