We had a table for 5.5 pax, ordered Tim Sum style food, the steamed dumplings skin was so thick I was practically eating flour! And the fillings are more German than Asian! Also tried some noodles wasn't fantastic to began with. Service was good friendly staff, ambient a little too dark feels more like being in a bar than a... More

The food will not wow you, but it's good authentic Chinese. A bit of disappointment is that you have to order the hot pot at least a day before, but I guess it's really special then. The ambiente is modern with an Asian touch, although could be ventilated better. Definitely worth trying tho out of the limited Nuremberg dining scene.

We loved this place! I was craving dimsum (you can't really find it here in germany) and while this is not the style i was hoping for it was so good that we ate here 3 times in as many days. Everything was fresh and handmade. We ordered 6-7 plates and were pretty full afterwards (my bf and i have... More

Our chinese friend invited us to just this place because here we could experience the wonderful and varied dishes of Szechuan cuisine. We were five persons and we ate "chinese style", i.e. we ordered about half of the dishes on the menu, and then we had a feast sharing and comparing the various preparations. My personal favorite were the steamed... More

Not the usual Chinese restaurant, not even the usual dishes, this is as close as I have seen to a real flavour of Chinese food or close enough. The dim sum was good, the beef soup was great but small. You will need 3-4 dishes to be filled up, so it adds up. Try the beef noodles, they should make... More

We were looking for Dim Sum places in Germany to refresh our memories of Dim Sums in Asia. The restaurant is not decorated in the standard German way of Asian restaurants which is a plus point ;) but the quality of Dim Sum is unfortunately not comparable to the real deal. Dim Sum has to be light and the pastry... More

I had a huge craving for Dim Sum and after careful research at a very last minute, decided to try my luck at Bashu situated south of Nuremberg (5min by Tram from the main station). I had not made any reservations, however since we were early enough, they gave us a table. Naturally we ordered a starter first. Since it... More

I'm chinese and this is the best chinese food i had in Germany so far, highly recommend baozi and hotpot! The service and style of the place is good, nice change from cliche "traditional Asian style". price is ok, 19 euro pp for hotpot buffet was enough

The restaurant has a minimilistic style with an open kitchen. It has nice big glass windows. We tried the dim sum and found them disappointing. To make good, tasty dms's requires skill and technique. Everything has to be balanced. In this case the pastry and pasta were far too heavy, the fillings poor and insubstantial. A dms consisting of puff... More
