We went to this restaurant because all of the city was closed. We paid for our laziness of not dinning early. Bad service. Food was not good. Bad dessert. Bad experience. I would Never recommend.

The food was very good and the waitress was really nice. We sat outside and watched the world go by. The menu was typical Bavarian food and plentiful. I thought prices were very reasonable, 3 white wines, 2 beers, I very good Holzfallersteak and one great Barumeister-Leib and 1 apfelstrudel (shared!) came to €45. Service was attentive and timing was... More

Delightfully unchanged from at least the early 20th century. Great Schäufele (pork shoulder) and schnitzel, beer, riesling by the glass and salads. Exceptionally friendly service - we couldn't find a hotel to accommodate us that evening, so management asked a nearby hotel to open just for us. Absence of canned music completed the positive picture.

We were in nordlingen for the christmas market and popped into this restaurant for dinner. They were able to accommodate our large group of 11 on a moment's notice, which was fabulous. The staff was kind and patient as we ordered. The food was good--some people LOVED their meals, others thought it was just nice. Beer was delicious. Inside it... More

We were visiting the Christmas Market and wanted to take a break and sit down. We just wandered in and enjoyed the beer and 2 entrees. Not sure how to explain them in German, but the sauerkraut and sausage was our favorite. The spaetzle came in second. It was VERY cheesy, and the best we've had in Germany so far.... More

After wandering around Norlingen we decided to have dinner at the Gasthouse zum Fuchs. A bog standard German Pub the waitress was attentive, the food arrived quickly and was really well prepared. Not an extensive menu, it did however have many Bavarian favorites including Pork Hocks and Schnitzels which is what we had and thoroughly enjoyed. As is typical in... More

This is a stand alone restaurant at the end of the runway on Aitutaki and on the beach. Very close to Samade and the Aitutaki Lagoon Resort. Roughly 15 tables inside and 3 or 4 on the veranda. Kind of eclectic boat shed decor. Friendly and prompt service with ample portions of good food. Serves island fare as well as... More
