Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went here with a friend who is a big fan of Georgian cuisine. Servers were friendly and we were seated right away. Really enjoyed my lamb dish which was served in a clay pot under puff pastry. Also had the green bean salad which was...a bit mushy and unexpectedly spicy. My friend really liked the chicken dish he ordered. Overall a good experience and an interesting change.More

Bad accident with the manager (I guess this person was a manager). Not respectful, rude, and impolite person. He should not work in restaurant / hospitality industry.

As soon as we came in the owner was not very happy, when we came in and got seated we proceeded to TRY and order from the owner he said “if your going to order so little then you can just sit here ”, we...were ordering for a family of 12. Then he tells us that we can’t order all at the same time, we would have left at this point but we were a large group of people so we didn’t. Over all the service was discussing and the owner himself was extremely rude.More

I found the staff to be extremely rude and decided to leave. There are many Georgian restaurants in Berlin with excellent service and better food (Salhino, for instance)

Had a great experience here. We've tried Georgian food before so knew what to expect and offer. The food however tasted amazing, very well seasoned, a lot of fresh herbs and spices, the portions were huge. The staff were quick, we asked for a few...changes and everything was followed and brought without any mistakes. We left very satisfied and took the leftovers with us. Our favorites were Khinkali, Khachapuri, chicken scewers and vegetable salad (amazing tomatoes). Just one thing - do not come here if you are on a diet, everything is very fatty (but that it just what Georgian cuisine is).More

The reviews on here are quite positive but our experience was very dissapointing.. The waiters didn't know any english or tried to understand my try at german, didn't even look us in the eyes and didn't ask if we liked the food (which we didn't)....It was like they already knew they were serving rubbish and didn't bother to ask anymore. Also the food wasn't what we expected. It wasnt seasoned at all. When you read about mushrooms with cheese you don't expect to get just some plain mushrooms with only cheese on top, nothing else. As a whole dish for €13... Also I ordered the fish with extra vegetables and only got 3 red pepper rings in total. The desserts look great on paper, but they tasted like they had been dried out and were just old. We had high hopes and were just really dissapointed. It seemed like other guests were having the same experience.More

Restaurant works until midnight, but kitchen only until 10 pm. They should put that information somewhere.

Everything we tried was quite tasty and the service was friendly and efficient. We let satisfied. The only downside it was quite stuffy inside, no A/C was turned on even though it was a warm evening.

Nice atmosphere - in parts a bit too "ethnic" - but fortunately not too much! Service a little slow / helpless - not much experience and / or know-how. Food: very good, very tasty, a lot of wonderful veggie dishes, most are rather rich Wines:...a wide selection of Geaorgian wines - not knowing them made a choice diff to impossible... A knowledgeable waiter would have helped!More

Not the best Georgian food, but great selection of dishes and a lovely atmosphere - just what you come to expect from the typical Georgian restaurant. Huge portions! If you are struggling to finish they even offer to wrap them for you to take home!...Lovely!More

When you call to make the reservation they do not look friendly and once you get there, it gets better but not as friendly as in Georgia. I’ve been to Georgia and I had high expectations and this Restaurant in Berlin I can say that...keeps the quality as if you were in Georgia. Prices are fairly OK but the wine is a little bit expensive I would say. I recommend this restaurant but make sure you do a reservation first!.More
