The food was good. We ate Penne with schinken and peas, Pasta Frutti Di Mare, Tagliatelle Tartufo. All the dishes were tasty, especially the Tagliatelle Tartufo. The service is OK but the professional stuff is like in the 1000th performance of the same play.

At first, this restaurant gives the impression of being a top class place to eat, with a very interesting menu. But it sadly isn't. I was there for lunch, and it was simply terrible. Every dish I had was cooked with artificial flavour enhancers. For example, their idea of a base for a minestrone soup is simply powdered flavour-enhancer mixed... More

This restaurant is well worth a visit. The ambiance was perfect and we were welcomed and seated to our reserved table. We were a table of 4 and between us we ordered pasta dishes and pizza which were presented really well and all tasted excellent. We were given fresh bread, bruschetta and olives on the house. Ice cream for dessert... More

It's a bit far from the main city, but we found the trip totally worth it. I had fresh Caprese to start off, and the mozza and tomatoes were so fresh and delicious. My sister ordered the Tartufo pasta. We were pleasantly surprised when they proceeded to cook the tartufo inside a giant parmesan wheel, practically table side, and then... More

This restaurant seems to get quite good reviews so we went one sunny evening and sat outside. I had prosciutto with melon to start and this was pretty good. However my two companions did not like their soup and all three meals of pasta to follow were crudely cooked and even unpleasant. Best to avoid. Many better places to go.

I often go to this restaurant as I'm Italian and I live 500m far from it. I like the food which is sometimes adapted to German taste but nevertheless very good. However, If I ask something Italian out of the menu they always make it for me at moment. The stuff is very friendly and fun and this is the... More

The restaurant itself was tastefully lit and well decorated. We came in only to have wine at first for a relaxed business meeting, but the aroma of the dishes other guests were having made us eventually order. The food was delicious, and obviously fresh. We had the minstrone soup to start, a generous portion, and then each a pasta dish.... More

I think that maybe the owner has changed, because there's a new name on the receipt (Mare e Monte). However, the food and service hadn't change a bit! We ordered tomato soup and garlic soup, spaghetti Bolognaise and spaghetti with cream & mushrooms. Everything was fresh and tasty. As always, we had Fassbrause, which is the best I know. We... More
