We had just landed of plane and it was 11:45pm. We were very hungry and Pizza a Pezzi was the first place we found. The service was very friendly; they were joking around with customers while making sure to address every customer. The food was incredibly simple but brilliant. We went again the next night, after a failed dinner and... More

The first time I've been here they served nice italian pizza. But now it more like American pizza with a lot of dough. It seems and tastes like they use cheap ingredients. The vine is bad and 2 euro for a small glass.

Last night I had a pizza that was runny with water in the middle and hardly had any cheese, drippy and yucky! The first time I went there I thought it was a bit exotic that the staff spoke only Italian, and could hardly understand what I asked for in either German or English. But after being there couple of... More

Pizza a Pezzi used to be a great place to come with friends. Did it quite often. It now serves low quality pizza, overpriced plain pesto and crappy wine at €2 a mini-glass Went there again yesterday. Probably never again

On a -8C there's nothing more cheerful than a warm pizza in an Italian ambient atmosphere! V cheap pizza and v cheap wine, wine was too cheap and not good. Stick with pizza n beer. Had a tiramasu that was so so yummy too

Great pizza, great red win, great alternative soft drinks, great ambiance and even great singer perorming the night we went. The prices are very low (4euro per pizza pieve) while the food is freshy made. A true student/alternative place that I hope will exist forever!

Neighbourhood Profile
No Berlin neighbourhood is more popular with the young and jet-set crowd than the old worker's district of Neukölln. With so many Turkish settled here, the area became known as “Little Istanbul“. Today the percentage of foreigners is still high and visitors still frequent the Turkish shisha bars. In the daytime, they also visit the designer shops and sit by the canal in one of the street cafés up and down Westerstrasse or at Maybachufer, having a beer and waving to the sightseeing boats as they float by. But at night, Neukölln is dominated by increasingly young, alternative, and international crowds. This is particularly evident in the northern section of the district where there are many bars, funky clubs, galleries and restaurants. There, the night never seems to end.
