My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant after seeing the good reviews on here and we were not disappointed! First evening in Berlin and we were after German cuisine and that's exactly what we got! We both had the spicy goulash soup for starters which...More

I decided for this place for a dinner, which was nothing complicated, just scrambled eggs, asparagus and boiled potatoes but everything was good, generous portion and good price (less than 20€, including a pint of weissebier) , nice personnel and typical German environment, relaxing, Close...More

This is a typical German food which they serve Berlin traditional food - currywurst and good local beers.

I visited this restaurant during lunch time on Saturday. It was half empty, there were some French and Korean tourists. There were some tables reserved but I guess people eat later during the weekends. I had Königsberger Klopse. It was the first time I had...More

In you are in the zoo area, this place is really practical. It's walking distance from the zoo metro station and the food is pretty good. The decor is nice, what I assume to be typical. The outside is covered in scaffolding so I missed...More

Last week we visited Berlin for the first time. On our first night we booked to have dinner at Gasthaus Kromberg, as previous tripadvisor reviews suggested that it would offer us the perfect introduction to classic German cuisine. We were given a very warm welcome...More

If you come for a beer or a typical Berliner/german dinner: it doesn't matter: they treat you like a king and you receive beautiful tasting authentic food and the best beer in town: Augustiner from the tap. One German word: Stammkneipe

German cuisine is quite specific, with big portions of meat, fat sauces, red cabbage, sauercraut, ... and one may love it or not, but Gasthaus Krombach is really a very good place to try it out! Royal portions, well prepared good meat and really great...More

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through
the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which
lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood.
Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city:
upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades
and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone
streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through
little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
