We had an excellent evening here during our Berlin trip. We nearly didn’t book it as I’d read mixed reviews, but thankfully I decided to book anyway. The view was amazing, service prompt and polite. The food was excellent and we had plenty of time...to eat and savour the view. I’d definitely recommend.More
Lovely night time view Very good service and no waiting One down side paid a lot of money for the table reservation and then still had to pay for the meal and drinks I think a reduction on the bill would be in order considering...having already paid for the tableMore
Great views and excellent service. Food was just okay, nothing special. Clever that the windows indicate what part of the city you can see as the restaurant revolves.
Timed our booking to coincide with sunset time, unfortunately it was a very dull day, but it did mean we got to see the city views in daylight and by night. The menu is very limited, but the food we chose was very tasty
We were 4sisters traveling and we wanted to do something special so we booked a table. Can’t recommend the food, was a bit like cafeteria food. But the view, it made somewhat up for the not so good food and the service was good even...though it came out much to fast, sure it was reheated.More
Our children wanted to invite us out in Berlin for an unforgettable evening in The tv- tower’s restaurant. We Will never, ever forget the wonderful view Over Berlin and the terrible, partly in eatable food they payed for. We have never had so poor food...in any restaurant before in our lives and the place, in our view, is a tourist trap of the worst kind! I will recommend everybody to go up to the tv tower for the view and eat at one of the fun, good restaurants other places in this interesting, vibrant city.More
We definitely enjoyed the views from the rotating dining room. The food was OK- very limited menu. It took about one hour to rotate 360 degrees. You’re definitely paying for the view. If you want amazing food I would recommend going elsewhere.
Being a bit shabby, this restaurant with an old 80-s fleur is still nice and, in my opinion, overall offers a great experience. It is really unique dining near the windows and watching all Berlin from a bird's eye view while the outer side of...the restaurant turns to let visitors see all the parts of the city. The food was tasty, rose wine too! Service is great. Once in a lifetime experienceMore
I paid 35€ per person so total 70€ for a breakfast with view and being so expensive someone would expect to be rich and fresh and coffee at least included. None of the above unfortunately after the long queue to check in we headed up-...view is ok but really surprised from the below than average things brought ( no omelette no croissants no fruits and coffee we wers told we needed to pay extra - also no water no juice apart from one tiny shot!!! I was amazed to see my vegetarian portion had only 3 smashed puree with I could not digest even the little I ate as nothing else to eat .More
One should book a time slot to secure nice places in the restaurant near windows and avoid waiting in line. We have spent 2 hours overall: -1,5 hours in the restaurant (and the cuisine was perfect!) and then visiting the exhibition. It was Christmas time,...so waiters were overloaded and it took some time before they could took the order, but the view was astonishing! The weather was cloudy and I was upset at first, but the height of the restaurant allows to get perfect views despite the weather:)More
The benchmark here is the Eiffel tower in Paris. The 'restaurant' is not worthy of such a definition, service and 'food' on offer are comparable to the worst fast food in a suburban station. The price, however, is comparable to that of the best brasserie...in Paris. Hostility to visitors and inhospitality are included in the price.More
The restaurant with rotating floor is 200 meters above the Alexanderplatz.. The view is amazing: Bundestag, main museums and cathedrals, river Spree etc. There is not a very big choice of dishes in the restaurant menu but food is tasty and well presented. And in...such places no point to expect a long menu but a great view. It is expensive but worth it.More
One of our stops in trip around Germany .The manager of our hotel propose us to have a dinner for last night. It was trully amazing. You can see the town of berlin and enjoy your meal.after we just enjoy our coctails and the view
You’re paying for the view and the view is lovely. However is menu is very limited and food is just okay. The waiters couldn’t be ruder I’d they tried and timing your meal is ridiculous when half the tables are empty. For the price the...food should be much better and waiters more solicitous. I wouldn’t any money on this restaurant, they need an overhaul in management.More
