I went with business colleagues and it was a great casual evening. A great selection of beers and the sausages were excellent. I recommend the potato salad as a side. My colleague had the ribs which were also delicious! The waitress was excellent and offered the perfect beers to accompany our food.

Took my brother in law to be and his friends to this place after a lot research. There was an extensive selection of sausage and beer. The staff spoke English and even humoured us when we tried to speak German so we didn't feel like "Brit Abroad". A great place to go and is easily affordable

Came here on a trip to Berlin, the beer choice is astounding, something for absolutely everyone. We both went for "the flight 2", a tasting menu of 3 sausage dishes and 3 matched beers. Each one was perfectly matched despite the wide range of dishes we were eating.

Tucked away off the main streets, this is a great find. Myself and my boyfriend both had the ribs which were excellent as were the craft beers!

Fantastic selection of beers and great sausages to pair them with. So regardless of whether you are looking for a place to have a few beers with snacks or a traditional sausage dinner with beer, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Hotel recommended this nearby restaurant on our first night in Berlin. Looked great from the outside, warm and welcoming with a fired up grill where the guests could see all the action. Service was great, attentive, recommending, took all the hard work out. Had the mixed sausages, not a huge meal and certainly glad we both didn't have it, rather... More

We visited this restaurant on a recommendation from TripAdvisor and loved it . Great waitress Sunny made the visit so enjoyable. Best pork-chop i have ever had cooked over a wood grill. I even kissed the cook! Great beer selections with the sausage. The triple play was a great choice. If around again we would definitely return. Might want to... More

This is a fun, lively restaurant with great atmosphere and some quirky decor. The specialty is sausages. We had blood sausage and cheese sausage. The blood sausage would be good if you like that kind of thing. I enjoyed the cheese one much more. They also have numerous other sausages to choose from, along with other options. Huge beer list!... Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
