As a big fan of good espresso I tried them in lot of places and from my experience this is the best espresso in Berlin. Small, but pleasant place with nice friendly. If you like espresso you definitely need to go here!

Heard this was the best place for coffee so we tried it. It was good, but I wouldn't say the best. Convenient from our hotel.

Although not quite as artisanal as some of the other Indy coffee shops around Berlin, this one's coffee practices are just as sound and the result is an awesome espresso based beverage. The place itself is typical and more or less nondescript with a long, narrow interior adorned with what appears to be local art on display. There's a nice... More

A small cozy place to start your day with a great cappucino and a warm smile from the barista who by the way speaks good English. Good prices. Blankets on the chairs will help you have a cg if you're a smoker like myself.

For Australian's struggling to find a good coffee we recommend Giro in Charlottenburg. Fantastic service and very accommodating of unusual coffee requests that aren't easily expressed in German!

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
