Me and my mother went to the restaurant on a whim, because of the TripAdvisor reviews and because I wanted to taste a good quiche Lorraine. I didn't taste a good quiche Lorraine, I tasted an amazing quiche Lorraine, crunchy, scrumptious, with a right balance of flavor and so much more. I also had a cheese and sausage platter of... More

We came with work group. The place was small but really nice atmosphere. We ordered starters for whole group of 7persons. It was ment for 5 but it was huge. Lots of different things over the long wood. Delicious. For main course we have duck and chiken etc. Everybody was pleased. Nice flavours. And ofcourse lots of good house wine!... More

Even though the waiter's English was poor and he was a bit unattentive, the French pizzas were extremely tasteful. The cremé brûlée has never been inside an oven - it was made with isinglass. A French restaurant should aim higher - and it make me remove one of your stars.

I was very hungry and wanted to try this French restaurant, I wasn't disappointed. The service was great, the waiters and the waitress were super smily and professional. We also met the owner who's very friendly. The menu is quite simple, but the food is delicious, and you leave the place completely full. We had some wine during the dinner... More

I am not usually that enthusiastic for eating a salad but this one was really *excellent*. Every ingredient was just rightly dosed and from a high quality level.I cannot remember having such a goat cheese salad in mainland France! The other choices on the menu sound also like a lot of yummy alternative and I will come back trying something... More

We were able to get a table here on Saturday night after the concert and must admit to have been pleased to find one. We ate reasonably well and were served pretty rapidly. Friendly staff. Can't complain about the food. Everything was as the title suggests. No more no less.

We had a really nice meal - the food was perfect. The wine list was - for my opinion - too much Bordeaux and quite expensive. But can inly recommend this restaurant for their food.

When you just open the door, you're already into the atmosphere due to french songs playing outside by a soundsystem. From A to Z this restaurant feels you cosy and chill. Thank to the staff recommandations, the food made me fell what french cuisine means! I fully recommand the duck and to finish with a taste of sweetness, definitely try... More

This place is charming but very small and cramped. To be honest I thought the food was just ok, though my partner enjoyed it more. The staff were friendly except for the boss.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
