Nice little restaurant in Friedrichshain for a quick meal or to take away. Freshly prepared huge sandwiches and platters, tasty homemade hummus and salads. The falafel is very good. Friendly staff, good service.

Ordered Hallumi to take away, was really tasty. Fresh ingredients nicely presented. Hummus is home made and absolutely gorgeous!

Casablanca was an unexpected surprise. This small restaurant in Friedrichshain serves some of the best Arabic food in Berlin. I've been here a number of times and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and the service is quick and efficient. The Schawarma and Falafel Teller are particularly good. A good value restaurant!

Casablanca may not be the best destination in morocco but it is worth a visit, I think like any other large cities they do have their problems, but a visit to see the hassan2 mosque, morocco mall and some historical cathedrals, churches and Jewish centers makes a trip to Casablanca worth a visit

Staying in Friedrichshain

Neighbourhood Profile
Friedrichshain
When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may find a bar with international crowds, electronic music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other, an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit buildings and live alternative music. No matter your taste, the best way to end a night out in Friedrichshain is sitting by the Spree River at the East side gallery, the longest and best preserved piece of the Berlin Wall, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Oberbaum Bridge.
