Can't really recommend this Chinese restaurant for poor food quality and the unattentive service. The sweet & sour soup was unenjoyable to the extent that I returned it after tasting exactly first spoon which turned out to be the last. The service girl seemed totally unimpressed, for she never bothered to ask what was wrong! The second dish, mini spring... More

I went here on the basis of good reviews - TA and newspapers. Perhaps I chose a bad evening. The waitress seemed to be suffering from terminal depression and to not possess the faculty of speech. The drinks and food took an eternity to appear and the size of the portion was distinctly ungenerous. Although coffee featured on the menu,... More

The restaurant is on a nice street and has nice decor. The waiter seemed grumpy and not happy that we were there. When I tried to ask about a dish, he just said "I don't understand you" and walked off, and made no effort to try in either German or English. The food took a long time, and when it... More

Service: 3/5 Guy took a while to come to ask us for drinks even though there were only 4 people in the restaurant. He was polite though.Asked about special item on the menu and he did not describe it so accurately so when we got the dish it was not what he described. Food:3/5: A 12 eur special dish from... More

I've been there with my family and the food was ok, but the service took too much (both to order and to get the food)...that's because the was only one waiter on Saturday night (that's why the restaurant is not expensive)!

No need for a lengthy review. Simply stated...this is the best Chinese food we've had in europe. Service may be a bit funny, but that's nothing unusual in a family run place. Not the fastest either. But...upon first taste none of the details matter. You could pick any item at random and be happy with it. Word of caution...the spiciness... More

The kitchen just reminded me my hometown! The chefin is very friendly, and food is just delicious even better than lots of restaurants in China!

I absolutely loved this place. THey got it all from dim sum, to black bean beef, from smoked tofu to jellyfish salad. The staff speaks English, the prices are ok, the ambience is nice.

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
