Celebré mi cumpleaños en Bodegas Mezquita este fin de semana y fue una experiencia fenomenal. La comida y los sabores muy buenos y la atención de los camareros hizo la noche muy agradable. I celebrated my birthday here and it was incredible. The food and flavours were great and the service from the waiters made the night special. They were... More

Our first meal was late, arriving after a long day of travel. Great tapas selection, good guidance from the waiter, wonderful food. Just now, as we try to pack more Cordoban sightseeing into our short visit, we needed a good meal and what better choice than to return to a winner. This time Jose Maria was our waiter - again,... Wonderful place, we came here for dinner and for lunch. Our waitor Jose Maria treated us very nicely. Wide choice of dishes, beers and wines. At the end they offer You sweet wine. Very recommended to all people searching for true Andalucian atmosphere and cuisine.

This restaurant was undoubtedly our best food experience in Cordoba. We had lunch here as a family during the Christmas period and were very pleased with the warm welcome, the variety of authentic dishes and the quality of the food. We were served by Jose and Rossy who were both very professional, warm and affectionate with our children. As suggested... More

We had a great meal at the bodegas mezquita. We ordered the house salad, albondigas, tagine, patatas bravas and tuna and red pepper salad. All the food was excellently prepared and our waiter Juan was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

My experience was clearly different from the others.. Out hotel was on the same block so we looked in several times after eating there and found the same noisy crowded look. I would recommend it to a young group wanting to revel in being int cordoba.

We went there while visiting Cordoba, during lunch time. Thanks to our waitress Monica's recommendations, we tried very delicious and traditional andalusian tapas! Highly recommended! (And it is suitable with kids...)

Went to this place after a day's tour in Cordoba. Since it had good reviews we thought we would try it. Had little time before our coach leaves for Seville. Waiter explained the menu ( which was in English), and served us as quickly as possible. Tried four items.. more than enough for two persons. Delicious food. Great service

We ate here twice while in Cordoba and loved it. Both times we rocked up pretty early by Spanish standards (around 7pm) and both times we were warmly welcomed by Jose Miguel. In addition to enjoying the 'usual' selections of Iberian ham, cheese plate, fried calamari, we also really loved the Flamenquin, the Mozarabic meatballs in almond and saffron sauce... More

José told us all the secrets of preparing a good salmorejo, the cold vegetable soup that is typical for the area. For instance, we learnt that you should remove the heart of garlic cloves to reduce the smell. And together we prepared and tasted one. Absolutely recomendable, but you need to understand Spanish.
