Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I expected so much better from this place. We went as a family of 6 and came to eat here after our visit to the Mosque. This was such a scam. Prices are WAY too high (120€ bill, for 6 plates of garbage?!) the food...was inedible, especially the pil pil prawns and the pasta had almost no sauce (I had to order more, and they took quite long!). Waste of money and an absolute disaster! DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE!More

Los Patios is a beautiful flower festival in Cordoba in the month of May But we were informed that we could see the winning entries (even though it was June and festival over) so we headed off to the area to see We were approached...by young lady who said we needed tickets at €6.00 each to visit these patios. This was a total con as none of the patios needed the tickets to gain entry it is free only a small donation directly to the owner of the garden is all that was needed The owners of the patios get nothing from this organisation which looks very plausible it’s called Ruta de Patios Cordoba with printed tickets and a map so beware it’s not necessary to buy tickets just a small donation directly to the ownerMore

Stopped by twice whilst visiting Cordoba just for a relaxing drink. Perfect place to get away from the busy streets. Beautiful courtyard with beautiful plants. Didn't eat, so can't comment on the fiid.

Terrible food. Pizza burnt, pasta not drained, bland sauce. Complained and was ignored. One to avoid.

Awful! We were staying in the hotel which is lovely, so we decided to eat in the restaurant one evening. The food was atrocious! The prawn pil pil was so salty it was inedible. The pizza was the worst box pizza I’ve ever had, the...meat in the flamenquin looked anaemic. It was so bad we only took one bite and left the rest. The worst part was the main waiter who had seated us, taken our orders and brought us our food dodged us when we requested the bill as it was clear we were dissatisfied with our meal. leaving full plates in front of us. He sent quite a young girl out from the kitchen to take our payment. Avoid the restaurant there are so many amazing restaurants v close by in the old town that are great value and have great quality food.More

We came to the restaurant because it seemed nice and the prices ok, but believe me it was a big mistake. The waiters are very unpleasant and they dont even try to help you understand the menu since literally no one speaks english. The local...soup salmorejo I ordered was awful, the aftertaste in my mouth is still haunting me. And after I ordered something that I thought couldnt be bad. Turns out it can. I ordered also something that is local food, flamenquin, like a rolled meat fried in breadcrumbs. The meat tasted like it was frozen for a decade and i had do take out the filling so I could endure eating it somehow. Believe me I am not a picky eater, but this was too much for me not to leave a bad review.More

Frozen food- pizza from a box. The sangria was also from a pre made bottle or mix. This was our worst meal in Spain. Super disappointed in this experience.

The rain was pouring down and we’d just been to the Mezquita so when we were walking past this restaurant and saw a charming courtyard entrance, we went in without further research. The waiter was friendly and the service was quick. The taste of my...husband’s lasagne was okay but he said it was like lasagne sheets dipped in Heinz tomato soup. I chose chicken in breadcrumbs, which was served with a bit of iceberg lettuce and two slices of tomato. Readers from the UK will understand what I mean by, “Mum’s gone to Iceland.” They were the thinnest chicken schnitzels I think I have ever had. The cerveza was good and my husband said his glass of Rioja was okay. Finally, no toilet paper in the Ladies loo! Hmmm.More

This patio lies just next door to the Mezquita. It looked ok, but was too dark. We had a selection af 8 specialities, and that was food enough for 3 or 4 people. It was good, but nothing we will remember. Price was 50 euros...for 2 p, included bread and a glass of wine per p.More

As cordoba is a place filled with restaurants with patios, this one was one we chose for the evening. TERRIBLE, and it stinks! They need to clean the fountain, ASAP! Paella ready to eat within 10min just screams RUN! It says on there sign that...they have a rooftop this is true but due to the lazy staff that don’t want to run in the stairs its closed.More

Nothing remarkable. Stopped here for lunch with a group of 12 people. The food came rather fast and varied in taste and quality. I would definitely not recommend the pizza. Reminded me of a frozen pizza you buy in the shop!! Paella tasted good. Personal...a bit confused on who ordered what and a few of us had to remind them when dishes didn’t arrive. Otherwise a nice setting.More

Very nice restaurant located in a courtyard atmosphere. We ordered the breaded chicken that was fried along with the grilled chicken and paella. The food was good and it was just the right amount for lunch.
