Poor knowledge about wines and idioms, leak service and mecanic food compression, just wonderful food.

Another visit, four so far. I complained about the sameness of the menu before. This time, the menu was changed, and for the BETTER!!! Gone were the entertaining/crowd pleasing touches like the 'Hannibal'. Instead we were served inspirational, beautiful food for grown ups. Hope to taste another fab (and new) menu on my next visit.

We had the tasting menu and really enjoyed each dish , the wines they chose for us as well as the pleasant service. We are already planning to return soon - even though we have an almost two hour trip one way.

Second time at La Curiosidad de Mauro. It's a great experience to have the menu. These menus should be explained better when receiving hosts, as we weren't aware they have two different menus until a waiter told us while serving the last dessert. Don't miss the egg with payoyo cheese!

This is a marvelous restaurant serving fabulous food fit for foodies. On top of that, for this quality, it is very reasonably priced (especially the tasting menu at €55). This place totally deserves it's Michelin star. Innovative, beautifully presented food served by charming staff. What more can one want?

We take a tasting menu, amazing, each dish surprise us. Restaurant is good. Not in the perfect place, but easy to park. Food is what we expect when we go to a modernist restaurant. Fresh, tasty, and surprising. Some technics looks like are favorite of the chef, because he repit in more than one plate. We have been before, and... More

When we first came here a year ago you could just turn up and get a table, now you have to book a table in advance, that's how popular this restaurant has become. We chose to try the tasting menu, which consisted of 13 small dishes. I liked the fact that I asked not to have 2 meat dishes that... More

This restaurant was a great surprise - it's modern design and well dresses staff almost look out of place amongst its rustic, residential surroundings. Most of the staff didn't speak English on our visit - however the waiter immediately fetched the chef who spoke a few more words! Nevertheless the welcome was warm and inviting and the chef took considerable... More

The food here is great, he does classic Spanish dishes like Gazpacho but puts his own spin on it. It's great to find a chef in this part of Spain doing something a bit more innovative and interesting than the same old stuff. We loved our meal here it was like a breath of fresh air to have someone make... More
