The best restaurant in town! Just go for it. Lovely people and exquisite food. We've had some ravioli and a pizza. The Tiramisu is also a must! I've lived in Italy for 2 years, and still this was the best Italian food I've ever tried.More

Nowadays, there is an Italian restaurant in every corner. Unfortunately, they vary a lot in quality and authenticity. So I was very pleased to find this little gem in Málaga. Here they serve Bolognese- and Genovese-sauce that has been slow-cooked for hours as back in...old Napoli. The chef is from Puglia, and uses only traditional recipes. The pasta (apart from the spaghetti) is hand-made, and if you like, you can enter the kitchen and see him doing it. The house wine is very good and not expensive, and we can´t wait to go back and have some ravioli filled with Genovese-sauce. The staff is also very pleasant.More

We are returning customers after a year, to this lovely traditional Italian. Quality of food is still high. ordered the Parma Ham Pizza & lasagna. Both delicious, as was the house red wine! Our waiter was lovely and patient and had smiles for everyone (...even though it was super busy!)More

Stopped for dinner here after an evening at the nearby theatre. The menu was promising and we ordered from the specialities section - both ordering a different filled pasta dish. The food came very quickly, which was a surprise as we had not ordered starters....Sadly, both meals were at best warm. The pasta was thick and therefore not adequately cooked at the areas of joins. The sauces were both tasty, but thick pasta and cold sauce does not make for a pleasant experience. Service was polite, but it was also an area where beggars approached you whilst you were eating.More

The food was very good but the pricing was a bit off. We ordered 3 mains and were asked if we’d like some gnocchi. Thinking it was a side dish we ordered one (luckily only one) and it was the most expensive part of the...meal and not on the menu. I questioned the waiter and as far as he was concerned it was totally normal. It put a dampener on an otherwise nice meal and cost them a 5 star review.More

Would have been higher score but they gave preferential treatment to locals. Locals served before us and given olives for starters. On the positive side food and wine was good.

I have spent three weeks in Malaga and just discovered this restaurant. It is amazing and the food is incredible. I had the Ravioli Romanica and my Italian / Argentinian girlfriend had the Ravioli alla Genovesa. Both were to die for with the pasta made...from scratch. My girlfriend said this was real Italian food. The panacotta and limoncello were also wonderful. I highly recommend!More

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant, there are tables on the street, which are great, but I prefer eating inside, as it feels more traditional. Most of the clientele are Spanish, and the whole place buzzes with atmosphere.

I've been to this restaurant a few times now. The down side is it is small and the tables are narrow. The upside is that it is a totally authentic Italian restaurant run by the same family for the last 40 years. The menu is...typical Italian trattoria but the quality of the food is much more. Thin m, crisp and delicious pizzas. My spaghetti vongole was excellent with plenty of clams. "Is the ravioli fresh?" enquired my compañero. It only took a few minutes for the chef to appear at the table. "Come with me." he ordered. Off they went into the kitchen to witness the pasta being rolled and formed by hand into delicious ravioli. Home made? You could say so!More

Had an evening meal here with my wife recently and was hugely impressed. The waiter was friendly, helpful and informative. He explained the daily specials and made some recommendations, even bringing out some of the fresh porcini mushrooms which featured in a couple of the...specials. My wife had porcini mushrooms risotto which was delicious, very flavouful and a perfect texture. I had a seafood linguine which was without a doubt the best pasta meal i have ever eaten, packed with lovely fresh fish, squid and shellfish, beautiful fresh pasta and a fabulous lightly spiced sauce. I like pasta, but usually think of it as a "filler" rather than a real treat of a meal but this changed my mind! Would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone.More

Chose this restaurant for the vegetarian lasagne which wasn't available....the margherita pizza was tough as old boots, the stewed steak was nice but took half an hour to materealise, the ribera del duerro wine is an awful roble. On the whole id give it a...miss and go to the indian around the corner (bombay spice)More
