Served in a small jar and looks nice, it tasted more like butter than cheese and wasn't easy at all. The place is full of locals and located in a side ally in the beautiful yet busy old town.

Invited in with promises of wonderful lunchtime menus, specials etc. Sat down and waited. One starter (out of 6) arrived after about 15 mins. And then we just waited. And waited whilst the staff argued with each other. The restaurant emptied. We wait some more. Don't worry, the food's coming. We wait. After about an hour and a quarter we... More

Very good quality restaurant which has been fully refurbished. It is close to Unzibai square. I used to go there to have the magret of duck. One of the best I ever tried!

I think this is the worst service I have ever seen. I often go to restaurant and this time trust me it was awful. We had to keep asking for the things we ordered and in the end we spent at least 2 hours in the restaurant whereas it should've taken much less. On top of it, which is even... More

Half-hearted service, non-descript food and lacking atmosphere. I cannot begin to explain how much I didn't enjoy this place. There are so many good places to eat and have a drink in Málaga, so do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Clandestino is located in the historic city center but is on a side street so it's not so easily seen. All the diners were Spanish, except us, which is unusual in the historic area. I ordered the daily special for 8E. It wasn't clear what my choices were for the first course. I asked if I could have a salad... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant , just looking for a reasonably priced quick meal. We hadn't read review, just took a chance. If I'd read it seemed like a sports bar I wouldn't have gone in. However it's only a large tv on the wall. Yes it was showing football, but know one was watching. All the tables occupied were... More

We dropped in to Clandestino for dinner on a pretty quiet weeknight. Once we sat down we realised it had a bit of a sports bar feel, with soccer on the big screen and people coming in to watch. Our food expectations dropped a bit but we were hungry so we ordered a pesto pasta and a chicken fillet with... More

Cheese cake was the best in Malaga. However Spanish service is notoriously shocking. This place is top for bad service. We asked the waiter and waitress a few times for our order. They either told us to wait or just forgot. In short if you have the time to wait this place is ok. Thats all folks. Not impressed.
