This restaurante is all about the location! Food is good, and service is friendly. But the reason you go here is for the experience. Epic views of the alhambra and the romanticized evening with family or friends, where you pinch yourself and realize you're in Southern Spain!

Views, views, views and more views of the Alhambra. It is gorgeous. We had our New Year's Eve Dinner there. Thank God for the views because the food was just average, maybe even below average. Definitely not worth the price. We had a set menu and in order to make reservations we had to pre-pay our dinner with a wire... More

Well that's why we came here, for the view which is simply perfect. Rooftop terrace table with a panoramic view of Granada and the Alhambra. The service was quite good and friendly but the food was very average. Instead of doing great Spanish food they try to do a mix of international food in the hope, I suppose, of pleasing... More

Come here early and stay for the sunset view of the Alhambra. Ask for the best viewing table. If there's a special of the day, do order it--after all, it's the "special." Our server took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed all evening, an evening we will cherish for a good long time. Take... More

Of ten days traveling Southern Spain-- dinner at San Nicolas was one of our family's highlights. Sitting on the top level of the restaurant with a fire overlooking the Alhambra, sipping wine and eating a fabulous meal-- memory of a lifetime for our family. We did not have a reservation and endured the walk to the top of El Albayzin.... More

Rarely have we felt so cared for in a restaurant. Such wonderful staff who were so accommodating of our elderly parents. Great food (especially the sea bass with chorizo sauce and linguini), and an exceptional location with fantastic view of the Alhambra. What a great choice for a Christmas lunch!

My husband and I probably had one of the best tables in the restaurant. Our server was fun and friendly guy and I could tell he knew how to treat tourists well. Foodwise...unfortunately below average....French crepe for dessert was...meh...I think I had scallops for entree. They were tender and cooked perfectly but seasoning was definitely off. FYI we are from... More

Before you even start, you get treated to an incredible view of the Alhambra. Every one at the table thought their meal was outstanding, no matter what they chose so I have no recommendations. It was all great.

This restaurant was very close to our apartment so a natural place to go on our first night. The view is the first thing you notice, followed by the friendly service and then you taste the food, which is wonderful. We went back twice after our first visit - once you have found a diamond why bother panning for gold?
