This is a great place to come for drinks and surprisingly good tapas. Mike makes you feel at home in this quaint bar.

A place where everybody seem to know everybody or could meet everybody. Special tapas you don't find everywhere, a bit of disco atmosphere and good vibes...

Great food. Great late night atmosphere. Perfect if you are not set on exclusively Spanish cuisine. Highly recommend.

Bar Poe was one of my favourite tapas bars in Granada (actually in all of Spain). It's the kind of place you might see in a travel show and wonder if places like that actually exist for everyday travellers ... They do. It does. The tapas come free with each drink purchase (one per drink ordered) and you can choose... More

This place was well recommended by other reviewers so we gave it a try. It was not easy to find on a dark December evening but worth the effort. The bar was busy and we were lucky to get a seat. The English host was very welcoming and we ordered our drinks which came with a tapas. We took a... More

I'm usually not inclined to write reviews, but I feel so passionately about Bar Poe I had to spread the word. If there's one dish to try its the chicken liver, but I tried all nine tapas that are on the menu and they are incredible. I can't stress enough that they are the best I've had in all of... More

The hospitality is great, quality food and great drinks. Pork and pineapple is my favorite. We've liked the owner a lot for his kindness towards all clients.

We visited Poe's during a Spain trip in october. We had a few beers and different tapas (fish, brazilian meet with bens, spicy chicken). All was very good, only the spicy chicken taste too much like papper (probably it felt too much on the plate). The owner is very nice and friendly with an irish accent. Together we payed around... The tapas in this restaurant is extra flavourful with an African / Asian twist. A fusion of all sorts. Epically their spicy meat dishes. The owners are super friendly, and would even give you life advise as the husband was once a psychiatrist. Highly recommend the piri piri chicken, and the vino de la verano (I think that's how you... We have been here twice within our two days in granada. The owner is super friendly and even gave us some great career advice. Their tapas are delicious and different than regular Spanish tapas. Overall it was a great value meal and I would definitely come back if I had more time.
