We went there on a local reccomendation, but it was disapointing. The waiter was friendly enough but more or less threw the food on the table, something which he did to others as well, so nothing personal. The tomato salad was very cold, obviously from tomatoes straight from the fridge, and instead of a nice dresssing like we had somewhere... More

Open till midnight. Food is fresh, served hot, very local and tasty. Service is friendly and patient for those who don't speak Spanish so well. Crowd is cool and local. Great spot for some good local food after a flamenco show. Ordered the clams and the beef in tomato sauce. Perfect choice.

We stopped by accident there looking for a place less touristic. This place has the bar and the restaurant, both with same menu. It is full of local people which shows quality and price are perfect! Wide menu with big quantities , but high quality. We choose fried squid and sirloin with grape sauce and fig sauce. Meat and sauce... More

Nice dinner, pleasant service, very generous plates and great wine. Probably even better in the summer on the lovely plaza. We recommend!

Busy, local tapas bar with great, ample tapas dishes! A table outside will be hard to find here, but no worries you can also eat standing at the bar with the locals. Free tapas with every drink ensure you wont leave hungry, and if you really have a big appetite then you can always order an extra dish from the... More

We intended simply to stop for a drink and tapas, but when we saw the plates passing us to other tables we simply had to order plates from the restaurant! Incredibly lucky to score a table, but we would certainly make an effort to return. The gambas fritas were delicious!

Try this place. Full of locals so this place is clearly highly regarded. Great portion sizes too :-) and much more affordable than other places a stone's throw away. Give it a go!

We foolishly repeated a visit to this establishment. On the first visit the staff were harassed and unwelcoming. Perhaps disinterested would be the politest way it could be put! On our second visit, simply because it was near to where we were staying, we called by but on requesting service from a waiter received an extremely surly response. It's clear... More

Love this place and the food aswell. I live round the corner and often find myself here for a very big glass of wine and tapa. I dont eat meat or fish which can be a huge problem in Granada when it comes to tapas but they are always willing to give my boyfriend a normal tapa and me a... More

This our second visit to Granada and our second visit to Casa Torcuato. Love the alfresco dining, the staff are still friendly and offer good recommendations. The portions are big, the prices are good and the quality is excellent. There is no stunning view, only the lovely ambience in this small but busy courtyard with many locals and as well... More
