We loved it here so much that we went back a second night. Every dish lives up to it’s stars and recommendations. The entire staff works hard and the quality of food is top notch. We highly recommend it.

The food is great. We arrived as they opened ad we ordered a couple of tapas (Pringa, Ham croquettes and pork cheek). These were all superb and I highly recommend the Pringa and the pork cheek... wow!! This was recommended from a tapas tour that...More

A lot of locals mixed in with tourists in this small tapas restaurant that offers a lot of local tapas, including tripe, oxtail, etc. as well as the more usual options. Good ''buzzy'' atmosphere and very reasonable prices - although the daily specials can run...More

Absolutely delicious food! Really busy all the time but worth waiting! Pork cheek and choco cuttlefish are one of the best! You must try this place!

To start, we don’t understand why there are so many good advises. 1. All the waiters were awful, to us and the other clients. 2. Most of the dishes were served on the wrong tables, they also forgot some orders we made, and even worse,...More

You get why this bar is popular when you taste the food. Prices as really cheap and the tapas they sell are delicious. We came twice for the pringas and the carrillera, which are just out of this world. The croquettes are also good, and...More

Most bars/restaurants in Seville are open throughout the year and I would guess that it will be no different particularly over Easter

Bodeguita Romero is more than 70 years old. First opened by Don Antonio Romero Hijón in 1939 in the old Encarnación Market, it is now run by his son Pedro Romero in Calle Harinas. Don Antonio’s little bar grew and prospered, and after the war he opened another in Calle Imagen that he called “La Española”.In 1949 Bodeguita Romero was established in Calle General Polavieja, where it achieved great popularity over nearly three decades, becoming a “must-stop” for young students and old folk who drank sherry and ate peanuts in its homely and traditional atmosphere. In 1977, it moved to its present home in Calle Harinas in the Arenal neighbourhood, where it has maintained its popularity thanks to the hard work and dedication of Pedro Romero and his wife Angeles.
