Excellent choice for lunch. We had the mackerel and cod dishes to share. Each very subtly flavoured and different from anything we have tried before. Seville white wine by the glass was good value at 3 euros and total meal for 37 euros.

This restaurant was steps away from our hotel. On the advice of TripAdvisor, I decided to book a lunch here. The meal was excellent. We had salmorejo for starters and bunelos and eggplant as appetizers. We shared an entree which was the tuna with pickled...onions and cherries. That was a meal item that seemed so unusual that I had to order it. The meal did not disappoint! The service was also amazing with the general manager/owner attentive to our needs. This meal was so good (and the best salmorejo I have ever had), that I came back the next day with my husband. Marco suggested the tomatoes as well (La efimera) and that was delicious as well. This was a memorable meal and I am sad I won’t be back until the next time I visit Seville! You must try Cristina Bistro!More

Discovered this little restaurant on our last night by accident. The 2 starters and 2 mains we had were superb. Unusual and imaginative twist to tuna tartar (with avocado) and for mains was served medium rare with caramelised onions - both were delicious. Even potato...salad with prawns and the cod were carefully presented and again, delicious. Waitress service extremely friendly and helpful (advised on the wine - it was lovely). Excellent little bistro. They have a modern take on typical Spanish/Andalusian dishes. Very interesting and refreshing after lots of (very good but) pretty standard tapas places here in Seville. We actually came here twice in three days. The first time was by luck we were passing there was a table. The second time was because the food was so good the first time. The owner is front of house and very knowledgable advising on...wine and sherry and he doesn’t recommend the most expensive things! The potato and tuna salad are superb as are the chicken croquets. We made the mistake of ordering the bread olives and meat, it was so moreish but we couldn’t manage it all! We shared a pork loin which was more than ample and very tasty.
