This is an informal traditional fish restaurant, very close to Guggenheim. The fish was really fresh. Seafood platter was exceptionally good with a great mix of crab, clams, mussels, razor clams, langoustines and prawns. All very fresh and a variety of cooking methods and sauces. Very friendly staff who are helpful to customers who are not fluent in Spanish.

This is a locals restaurant. No-one other than we tourists were there at 21:00, but we were welcomed warmly and although their English wasn't great, we still got the friendly message. The seafood is good, and the variety is wide - the only thing you may wish to reconsider was the pil-pil sauce fish - I think that this is... More

We ordered 4 different seafood dishes and they were all ok, but non of them was really perfect. Two of them were too salty, so be aware. The prices are moderately high - around 14 -20euro for a plate. And you will be charged a bit more than a euro for bread

We had the arroz con gambas y guisantes (prawn and peas) and it was almost inedible, lacking any flavor and well beyond fresh. The salad was equally disappointing and the bread was a little stale. The fish main course was better and the 2 of us who chose that were not disappointed. There was no flexibility in switching a dessert... More

A very good restaurant just across from the museum. It looks like nothing special - but you will be surprised.
