My partner and I visited here every day of our trip - in the evening the service was fantastico! The tapas was incredible and amazing friendly service with excellent passion and knowledge of all things wine and food related. We had little knowledge on the Spanish language and they helped a lot and highly encouraged us to learn more and... More

On Sundays not many locals are open for dinner. The meal was ok. Could have been better. Wine so so.

I ordered the bacalao and got a fillet that was rubbery and tough. I sent it back and got something else but still had to pay for the cod. When we asked why we had to pay for a meal we didn't like, he said there was nothing wrong with it, I just didn't like it. I don't believe I... More

We were headed towards the old town quarter in search of a restaurant for lunch when we passed by this restaurant. Intrigued by the set menu we took a peek inside. The counter was lined with plates of colorful Pinxtos. We were convinced to eat here. We each ordered the Menu listed for 14 euros. 3 courses plus bread and... More

No one in the restaurant knew a word in English. Dealing with the waitress was a real experience. Nice atmosphere but average food quality. The main course, ribeye steak was not up to expectations - very chewy. There are surely better choices in the city

We ate here twicw while visting Bilbao, once for tapas in the evening and a second time for lunch in their patio seating. This is a modern decorated restaurant and behind the bar there is a flat screen tv announcing their different dishes in English. Since we ate their twice I was able to sample a large portion of their... More

We had a very enjoyable evening here, enhanced by the friendly service and attitude of the staff. Food is good, and when one dish was not to my liking they immediately changed it without fuss. he place itself is modern, with a busy tapas bar at the front and a clean and modern restaurant space at the rear.

We were looking around one afternoon for a restaurant to eat in that evening and came across this smart bar and read the restaurant menu and reserved a table for the evening. The restaurant is at the rear of the bar and is a small and pleasant room. We chose four plates from the menu. To begin we shared a... More

Busy but welcoming, a well-presented, very professional restaurant, with an extremely helpful waiter. The spectacular centrepiece of the meal was a 'cutlet', a beautifully tender, part-cooked rib of beef, which we finished cooking to our own taste on an iron hot plate at the table. A good selection of wines available, too.

We were there in a monday night, in August. The cooker must be drunk, because we spend a couple of hours just to have 6 tapas. There's a lot of other places to go in Bilbao. Ahi va la hostia joder.
