We've eaten here from time to time for about 6 years & still enjoy coming back. The menu is in Spanish & a little challenging, so use a guide book &/or app to translate. They don't speak English or French but are very pleasant & helpful. The food is good, traditional Spanish. It is always busy & we saw people... More

Top marks for the food, service and ambience of our meal. We had really delicious dinner. We were hoping for a nice fish meal and were not disappointed! The staff were delightful and helpful, the fish was above average and the wine a perfect compliment. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to this charming cellar restaurant and had the 17euro evening menu with wine which was perfectly acceptable and good value. Had we decided to spend more I am sure we could have had a very good meal. The serving staff were very friendly and eager to please. it seemed to be a well established family business.

We went for lunch after not being able to get in on a Saturday night. We had a delightful, delicious meal with a terrific server. There were 6 of us, so we had a private cellar room downstairs. The owner came in a couple of times to check in on us. Highly recommend going!

We ordered the set price menu, at 17 Euro each. We received 3 courses and a bottle of wine. There was a good range to select from, we loved the mushroom risotto, the whole fish and especially the lemon mousse. Would recommend this restaurant.

Came here for dinner and had the dinner menu for 17 euros, which is not so expensive considering the city. This is a solid place for local food. However, I was not overly impressed with any dish.

We entered to find ourselves the only non-Spanish locals in the place - good sign. The staff spoke good English and the chef surprised us. I started with a very tasty and crispy mixed green salad, including 6 olives, thinly sliced white onions, a halved hard boiled egg, 2-anchovy fillets and a large soup-spoon full of minced tuna piled on... My husband and I happened upon this restaurante walking along the street. As I am a great believer that good eats are downstairs, we decided to try it. This is a real locals place with a sophisticated crowd who know what is good. Incredible value for the quality. Fish soup and seafood salad were sublime. Menu del dia also incredible... More

I would have never found this place if it wasn't for Trip Advisor reviews. I walked pass this place a couple of times and because it is in the basement, I never noticed it. We needed a place where we could make reservation during the busiest time of the year since there were too many people everywhere. We even had... More
