We had our visit to San Sebastián planned since last year and didn’t know about this restaurant until we saw it appear on an episode of CNN’s-Parts Unknown. We are definitely foodies and have traveled all over the world, but usually do not make it...More

Great experience all round. Food was great. Service spectacular. It would of be great if the waiters explained the dishes in more detail in English. I would appreciate a wine pairing with the dishes.

“Arzak’s cuisine is all about research, experimenting and a pinch of magic”, this is what’s featured on Arzak’s restaurant website. And it is completely true. The experience is all about the smell, the textures, the flavours, amazingly combined.

A menu amazing which had dinner here. Colors, flavors, textures very different. Attention very professional. Prices expensive, but it makes sense.

Arzak was fabulous, but for my money the Mirador was as good and as inventive but with the most amazing view that made it my top recommendation for San Sebastian.

Take the time to go to Elkano. We didn’t make it to Extebarri, which I’m sure I spelled incorrectly, but I’ve always heard great things. The Anthony Bourdain show on San Sebastián is very informative. Enjoy!
