A very good Italian food alternative for the typical basque 'pintxos'. Possibility to split each meal for two people.

Struggled to find anywhere to eat on a busy weekend in september, medieval fair. Remembered reading reviews about this Italian and we were not disappointed. Neither my husband or I are fond of Italian food but we both enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent,...More

Looking for some nice food in Vitoria-Gasteiz we came across Dolomiti, and we were not disappointed. Although the restaurant was full, the waitress found a nice table for us and was really friendly. Food was very good, too. I definitely can recommend this place.

The food itself was great and had a very decent size. We found it a little pricy but somewhat worth it.

This restaurant was just round the corner from our hotel, we read the good reviews and decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed at all. We needed a break from the pintxos and the typical Spanish food. Great menu, nice décor, lovely and...More

OK, so who goes to Spain for Italian food? But the truth is, that if you're travelling for some time in Spain then just maybe you get a little tired of the same tapas meals each day. (As you may well be tired of Italian...More

Very nice restaurant, with excellent food, very good menu, an ideal option if you need a break from too much Tapas. Good wines available and excellent service. They provided us with three different menus in Spanish, German and English within a few minutes.

Having heard positive comments about Dolomiti, I was keen to try this place. However, I have had the chance to pizzas in Italy and so I found the Dolomiti ones did nothing for me. The service, however, was good.

If you are in Vitoria and in the mood (need) for Italian food, you can not go wrong with Dolomiti. The food was excellent - fresh, well seasoned and full of flavor. The baked lasagna and risotto dishes were great. If we had found this...More

Dolomiti was opened on August 1981 by Francisco Galdos, after hanging up his bicycle and going to Italy to learnt the traditional making of pasta and pizza. The restaurant was entirely remodeled using superior materials such as wood, weathering steel and clay at the end of 2009. A new dining room for private events as well as a wider area of 'picoteo' was added to the restaurant. Dolomiti is accesible for reduced mobility persons and obeys the current regulations. Fresh pasta and pizza dough is homemade. Italian food is our specialty. However, We offer a full array of dishes on our menu. Pizzas are cooked in a wood stove, which gives them a special flavour. We also make all kind of roasted food, grilled meat and fish of the Cantabrian Sea. The variety of our menus covers different tastes. Dishes and pizza for celiac people. Private dining room from Monday evening to Friday afternoon is available for up to 40 guests. Another dining room is available for private use with a minimum of 35 and up to 50 guests for exhibitions, films, meals or company dinners, birthdays or family events... Fresh pasta to take away is available on demand. We recommend to order 48 hours in advance. Pizza to take away. No home delivery, collect at restaurant only. Free wifi.
